BEEP BEEP BEEP!
I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock blaring. It was 6:30 am. Shit. I shot up and ran to my closet. I grabbed my jeans, converse, and a white Honey shirt. I stripped out of my pj's, and threw on my clothes for school. I walked to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. After that, I raced downstairs and grabbed a bowl,spoon,milk, and Honey Bunches. I poured in my milk and my Honey Bunches. After I was done eating, I grabbed my board and called out.
"MOM, IM LEAVING!"
"YEAH YEAH."
That was weird. Usually she would say, "Have fun at school sweetie." I peeked a bit at her and she was on the phone. Well thats unusual. Maybe she's meeting someone?
15 MINUTES LATER:
The moment I walked in, everybody was staring, pointing, and giggling. I wondered whats up.. I saw Steven and immediately ran to him. I bumped into someone and barely noticed who it was.
"Hey hey, slow down." He giggled. GIGGLED. It was even cute. I turned around to see Raudel.
I blushed and smiled. "Hey. I gotta go. Text me."
He nodded and gave me his number. I quickly ran to Steven and had an angry look on my face.
"Hey.." He looked down. He was sad.
"Whats wrong..?" I placed my finger under his chin and pushed it up.
A tear slid down his cheek.
"My father.. he's badly sick.. I'm sorry I shut you out. He's in the hospital right now and has fewer days now. I like you," He gave me a weak smile. "but I saw the picture of you and Raudel.." He looked down.
I was nervous and confused.
"What pic..?" I questioned, sad.
"You and Raudel kissing,"
"Abby sent it to everyone."
