As the final bell rang, signaling the end of the first day of the academic year, students poured out of classrooms and filled the corridors. Some headed home, while others made their way to the dormitories or after-school clubs. Yeonjun emerged from his Economics class and joined his friends at their usual meeting spot. They greeted each other with a flurry of high-fives and fist bumps.

"Hey, how's Soobin now?" Hyunjin asked, referring to the earlier incident.

"He's doing okay," Yeonjun replied with a reassuring smile. "We went to the doctor's office together after meeting with Professor Park."

Hyunjin nodded, visibly relieved. "Glad to hear that. That Dongsik guy really needs to learn his lesson."

"Yeah, seriously," Chan chimed in. "I can't believe he'd still bother Soobin after all those warnings he received."

"It's infuriating," San added, his expression darkening with anger. "But I'm just glad Soobin's okay."

"Anyway? What happened with Professor Park?" Changbin raised an eyebrow, his curiosity piqued. "Did you get in trouble with the professor?"

Yeonjun shook his head, trying to downplay the situation. "Nah, just got a warning. Park's not as tough as he pretends to be."

"Details, Yeonjun. We need details," Wooyoung insisted, leaning closer.

Yeonjun sighed, knowing he couldn't escape the interrogation. "Alright, alright." he began, recounting his encounter with Professor Park.

"Hold on, he's actually calling your folks?" Chan's eyes widened in genuine alarm. "No way! Man, your parents are gonna hit the roof!"

"Especially your mom dude!" San couldn't resist adding his own dramatic flair. "She's gonna flip for sure."

"I can already hear the phone call," Wooyoung, the always one for drama, announced dramatically, mimicking a serious tone, as took the opportunity to indulge in some theatrical predictions. "Oh boy, you're in for a world of trouble," he proclaimed with mock seriousness, his tone dripping with exaggerated concern.

Hyunjin raised an eyebrow, a mischievous smirk dancing on his lips. "Man I can already picture your mom sharpening her wooden spoon," he teased, unable to resist adding fuel to the fire.

Wooyoung couldn't help but pretend to engage in an imaginary phone call.
" 'Hello, Mrs. Choi? Yes, this is Professor Park. I regret to inform you that your eldest son has been causing mischief again...' " He couldn't finish the sentence, breaking into laughter at the absurdity of the situation.

Changbin joined in, adding his own twist to the imaginary conversation. " 'Oh my god, that brat. I'm so sorry, Professor. I'll make sure he never sees the light of day again'," he joked, adding to the comedic scenario.

Hyunjin chuckled, envisioning the fallout. "Oh boy, your mom's gonna beat the crap outta you, if the phone call really went anything like this," he teased, adding to the exaggerated narrative.

Chan couldn't contain his laughter, mimicking the sound of a stern lecture. " 'Yeonjun, what did I tell you about getting into trouble at school?' " he joked, earning laughter from the group. " 'That's it, you're not leaving the house ever again!' "

San nodded in agreement, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "Bet you'll be on house arrest for the rest of eternity, buddy." he predicted with a grin.

Yeonjun rolled his eyes good-naturedly at his friends' antics. "Thanks for the support, guys. Really feeling the love here," he said sarcastically, though deep down, he knew he was truly in for it.

After some time of chatting and laughing together, Hyunjin glanced at the time and playfully nudged Yeonjun. "Shouldn't you be heading home now, Yeonjun?" Hyunjun teased, a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. "Your mom might be waiting for you."
