"Ronit, you should take some time off and rest at home," the Dean advised, his tone reflecting a mix of concern and disappointment. Ronit nodded silently. He was suspended for a month and asked to cover the expenses for Syrus's treatment, a stark reminder of the repercussions of his impulsive behavior.
In the following days, life at Presidency University gradually returned to normalcy. However, Asfa's eyes burned with resentment whenever she caught sight of Aayan and Swara together. The fact that her father didn't object to their growing closeness only added insult to injury, fueling Asfa's frustration and resentment.
Amidst the excitement of the team's success, Swara received a well-deserved promotion to the position of Vice President of the Student Council, a testament to her leadership skills and dedication to the university community. Though just one spot below Asfa, Swara embraced her new role with enthusiasm and determination, eager to make a positive impact and contribute to the welfare of her fellow students.
With each milestone reached and every challenge overcome, Aayan and Swara's connection continued to flourish, anchoring them amidst the whirlwind of university life and setting the stage for even greater adventures ahead.
Aayan and Swara's bond continued to strengthen with each passing day. They found solace and joy in each other's company, their connection reaching new heights as they navigated the ups and downs of university life together. Despite not officially being a couple.
One evening, after a rigorous practice session, Swara and Aayan made plans for a movie night with Swara's friends. Promptly at 6 p.m. As Mrs. Makhija gracefully descended the staircase, draped in a vibrant red saree with elegant black earrings adorning her ears, Aayan couldn't help but be captivated by her beauty. "You look beautiful, ma'am," he complimented sincerely, extending the bouquet he had prepared for Swara.
Just then, Mr. Makhija entered the room with a playful grin, observing the exchange between Aayan and Swara. "What, her husband, young man?" he teased, his eyes twinkling. "Sir, you look beautiful too," Aayan replied with a nod and a smile.
Swara joined in the jovial banter. "Papa, I already told you that you look 'beautiful'," she teased . Mr. Makhija blushed slightly at the teasing, but his smile remained genuine. "Thank you, Aayan," he said, his tone filled with gratitude and warmth.
Interrupting the playful exchange, Mr. Makhija addressed Aayan with a more serious tone. "Anyways, listen," he continued, "We are going out, and Swara's cousin will be arriving after us. Make sure you don't leave the house before he arrives."
Aayan nodded in understanding, "Absolutely, sir," he replied respectfully, acknowledging the importance of Swara's cousin's arrival.
As Mr. Makhija and Mrs. Makhija prepared to leave, Swara interjected with a smile. "Don't worry, papa. We'll be fine," she reassured them. "And we'll see you both back here tomorrow."
With that, Mr. Makhija and Mrs. Makhija bid their farewells.
As Swara's parents departed, her friends began to arrive, each bringing their own energy and excitement to the gathering. Among them was Priya, a surprising addition to the group.
Aayan: "Hey, Priya! I didn't expect to see you here." Priya "Oh, really? And why is that?"
Aayan: "Well, you know, Swara didn't mention you were coming tonight."
Priya: "Hmm, maybe she just wanted to surprise you."
Aayan: "Well, consider me surprised. But hey, the more, the merrier, right?"
Priya: "I guess so. As long as I'm not intruding."
Aayan: "Not at all! We're all here to have a good time. So, grab a seat and let's enjoy the movie."
