About an hour later Marian Pitts Daughter Ashley Pitts returned home, she put her bicycle in the garage, and went inside the house.
"Mom, I'm Home", Ashley said but there was no answer, she started looking for her mom.
She saw her mom's Purse, Billfold Wallet, and Smartphone were laying on the China Cabinet.
"That's Strange, Mom would never leave her Purse, Billfold Wallet, and Smartphone behind, unless she had an emergency and had to leave", Ashley said to herself.
Ashley started calling every one of her Mom's Friends to find out if they had seen her or if she was there, but no-one had seen her and she wasn't with them, Ashley had a feeling that her mom might've been kidnapped, she thought about calling the police, but the police would tell her to wait 24 hours to file a missing person's report, they might think that she might've left on her own and would come back.
Suddenly Ashley heard a knock on the front door and the doorbell rang, she rushed to the front door of the house, hoping to see her mom, but all she found was a vanilla envelope that was lying on the front porch floor, she picked it up, and was shocked to find that it was addressed to her, she took it inside and closed the front door.
She sat down in a chair at the kitchen table and opened the vanilla envelope, she was shocked to find a note that was addressed to her, she started reading the note.
"WE HAVE YOUR MOM, IF YOU WANT TO SEE HER ALIVE AGAIN, WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS, DO NOT CALL THE POLICE".
