With a sigh, Rover steps outside of the town hall tilting up to look at the sky. It was exceptionally blue. It was a cold spring evening, yet he was in his summer uniform. Many of the citizens that walked past started snickering and laughing, even his assistant that was on a day off, Lingyang. Considering on who he was with, Rover suspected that Ling was on a date. "That cheeky little..." he swore quietly to himself and started heading to his apartment.

Ever since he got out of those snow plains, nothing had been the same, for example, he couldn't feel the cold anymore or remember who he was. Just after he woke up, he got kicked out of the city's millitary defence and with that, is now jobless. Rover did get income from the city, to help with his current predicament, but it wasn't enough for living essentials. He did move to a cheaper place, but the apartments were driven by "money hungry pigs". The rent was really high, and even with the 100, 000 astoma coins, 70k went to rent payments. But Rover had a plan to get by, he became an assasin. Of course he's not into the idea of killing, but the next mission he had to take care of was a special one, one that takes place in the snowy mountains. Apperently a powerful presence was found there and it was dissrupting the animls in the area, which in turn made the civilians living there not be able to hunt. "Odd.", he thought to himself as he opens the door and stepped inside. The room was pretty messy, beer cans spread across the room, boxes of half eaten and day old pizzas on the floor. He poked on some of the slices looking for one that was edible, but as expected none of them were. Sighing, he packed his bag with water, a map and some money. He pulled out his phone to look at the time, and it was absurdly late, or maybe early? Either way, it was 3 a.m. Rover didn't understand how anyone could be awake at this hour, especially himself who's already having a hard time to sleep. And it's not like he just woke up, he'd been awake since 10 p.m looking for whatnot. He started feeling the urge to finnish the job faster, so that he can sleep when he returns, so he left as fast as lightning not locking the door, since there wasn't anything valuable in the first place. And so with his hoodie on, he left... to buy food.
