Addie

I might be a person with social anxiety but going out clubbing with Hazel is an exception. It does smell awful at clubs, drunk and sweaty people everywhere, but I haven't been out doing something fun since I visited Hazel last month.

My parents have always been very strict and controlling when it comes to everything. But they also left me and my siblings home alone a lot when they went on business trips trusting the three of us to be responsible and careful. Well my brother and I are pretty innocent when it comes to all the parties that were thrown at our house. Victoria was the one who was responsible for those, but I can't deny the fact that I took part of them when I got older.

Partying is fun, but doing it too often is not. When I'm not with Hazel I am literally being like a sixty year old woman, staying home with a bunch of goods while watching my comfort series. Including painting my nails. I call this self care.

However fun it is to spend time at home I can't deny the fact that I enjoy going out as well. Especially now when I really need to get my mind off whatever is going on with my parents and the company's finances. It has been bothering me for a couple of days and I hope that I'll be able to forget about it at least for tonight.

"Can I borrow this one" Hazel holds up one of my dark blue dresses in front of her. It sparkles just like her Hazel brown eyes, the colour of the dress matches her long golden hair perfectly as well. I don't think she'll ever understand how genuinely beautiful she is. No matter how many times I tell her.

"You can have it, I think I've used that dress one time before at some event my parents forced me into" I tell her as I take a sip from my green tea.

I watch Hazel going through my entire wardrobe as I'm sitting on my bed with a cup of tea in my pyjamas. Last night when we decided to go out clubbing today I already planned out my outfit since I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to fashion and what I'm wearing. Which also explains the fact that I owe over ten pairs of heels.

"You're too rich for your own good Addie" Hazel mocks me. She's the only one who are allowed to make those jokes because she truly knows who I am and are not judging me based on the family I'm born into.

"Not me but my parents, and my sister also happens to be the CEO of a fashion company"

"Them giving you clothes basically means that they're giving us clothes" Hazel chuckles.

"Definitely"

She continues trying on shoes with me watching and talking about whatever is going on in life. We go through other plans of how we can escape my birthday party in three weeks. Honestly I would much rather have a small little dinner or just hanging out with Hazel, eating cake and going shopping than going around mingling with people I never met before at a fancy luxurious party.

"It's been over twelve hours since I got here and that Irish dude of yours hasn't showed up yet"

Hazel was so determined to meet Niall that I'm surprised she hasn't broken into his flat yet. Well I wouldn't blame her though because who wouldn't want to meet a hot guy with an Irish accent.

"I'm gonna go and introduce myself to him and see if he's good for you" She puts her own cup of tea down on the night stand to maker her way over to the front door. Oh to be an outgoing person.
