She walked away from them through the crowd of Slytherins to another girl and two boys all wearing crowns.
"Students!" Called Severus and everyone turned to him as Sierra and the other three went and sat on the four chairs on a slightly elevated platform near the fire

King and queen thrones
"Now i know you are all agitated but you can be sure than Molly Prewett will be punished, " Severus said.
"You are all dismissed except first years who are to meet the Royal court, prefects take charge, " he said and left with Remus and Sirius.
Josh Mendes, their prefect came over as students started milling around.
"You are going to meet the Slytherin Royal court, meaning the king, queen, prince and princess, " he said.
"They are the heads of the house and all houses have their own. To become a member, you have to defeat whoever's place you want to take in a duel or be voted onto the Royal court, " he continued.
"A member of the court has the power to challenge anyone in the house on the second day of term or any other day really, meaning today. So you may just see a duel tonight, " he added.
"In our court, the king and queen sit on the green thrones and the prince and princess on the black, " he gestured to Sierra and the other three who were speaking.
Sierra was the queen and the king was seated next to her. To her left, sat the princess, Alice Sparrow. To the right of the king sat the prince.
"Your highnesses, " said Josh as he led the first years to them and lightly bowed, the others following suit.
"Josh, " the king nodded.
"I, James Loran, Prince of Slytherin, wish to challenge a first year and have already chosen, " suddenly announced the prince, loud enough for the whole common room to hear.
