CH.17

Fry, Minho, Thea, and Newt, where sat up on a cliff, looking down at the camp sitting in that order. Thomas soon joined them, taking the seat next to Newt. 

"I wish Alby could have seen all this." Newt spoke up, breaking the silence, making them all look towards them. 

"And Winston." Fry added.

"And Chuck." Thomas also added. 

"He'd be proud of you, you know Tommy." Newt says. 

"Yeah." Thomas says, rubbing his thumb along the small wooden carving he had in his hand. 

"All of them would have loved this." Thea said, looking out to the camp. 

Fry looked down seeing Aris talking and laughing with Harriet and Sonya. "Hey, Aris!" 

Aris looked up, putting his hand up, waving, "Hey guys!" 

"I kinda like that kid." Fry said, turning to Minho. 

"Yeah.. I still don't trust him, though." Minho chuckled, making the rest of them join. 

"But you trust me?" Thea raised her eyebrows with a smile and nudged him with her shoulder. 

"Hmm, well, not when you almost get yourself killed." Minho laughed. 

"Hey, where's Teresa?" Thomas asks. 

"She went up there." Newt said, pointing towards another part of the mountain where she was standing. Thomas looked to where he was pointing and saw her standing there looking over past the camp. 

Thea stands up, and all the boys send her a questioning look. "What?" 

"Where are you goinggg?" Newt asks slightly, singing the words. 

"To talk to Arisss." Thea replies, singing the words as well. 

"Leaving us already?" Fry asks jokingly. 

"Yeah, you're all too boring for me now." Thea says dramatically, flipping her ponytail to the side whilst laughing. 

The boys laugh, and she waves to them and makes her way done to the bottom of the mountain.

Thea laughs at Aris as he tries to eat the entire hotdog in one bite. 

"I told you, you couldn't do it!" She shouts, pointing at him while laughing even harder. 

"Shut up!" He shouts back, spilling ketchup down his shirt, which just makes her laugh harder than before.

"Thea! Are you enjoying your traitorness?!" Fry yells down to her. 

She looks up to see Fry, Minho, and Newt still there, but Thomas no longer with them. "Yeah, much better than you lot!" She laughs. 

Thea looks towards the part of the mountain that Teresa was, and she saw both Thomas and Teresa standing there talking to each other now. She looks back to the boys and smiles at Minho, who returns it with a small wave. 

Newt says something that makes Minho's cheeks go red. Minho whacks Newt, and Fry says something. Minho looks down at her with a smile on his face. 

"Thea?" She comes out of her daze and looks at Sonya. 

"Sorry, kid. What were you saying?" She asks, smiling at Sonyas' face towards the nickname. 

"Aris just dared you to eat an entire hotdog in one bite." Sonya says. 

"No thanks, I'd make an even worse of a mess than Aris." She says with a laugh. 

"Come on, you can't say no to a dare!" Harriet speaks up. 

"Yes, I can. Just watch me. No." Thea says, smirking. 

"Thea?" She looks up to see Minho. "Can I talk to you?" 

"Dang saved by the Minho!" Sonya calls as she stands up and nods. 

He leads her a little away from the three and the boys. He glances up towards the boys, where they are still sitting before looking back at her. "Thea, I know we haven't known each other that long from the points we remember, and we're kinda in hell, but -" Minho stops, his eyes fixed behind me. 

"Minho?" Are you okay?" Thea asks after a second. 

"Wicked." He whispers.
