(AND YES IT'S AN OC AGAIN OK? I'M DELULSIONAL)

a few weeks later...

Kaida stares at her reflection in the mirror as her thoughts drifts towards the sight she saw a few weeks ago of the buried bodies of her family as her eyes go cold and gets irritated at herself. Her brows furrowed as she hear a familiar voice calling her back to planet Earth.

"Kamado?" Her crow, Ryuko, said as she flies to her table and stands on it. "Y-Yeah?" Kaida looks at the bird, her face calming down once she sees Ryuko. "You're ok right? Oh yeah you're not- umm..." The bird says thinking of a response to say to the human in front of her. Kaida smiles sweetly at her small friend and gets up from her chair. "Don't worry I'm fine." The blue girl walks towards the door and smiles at Ryuko. "C'mon! Let's go get something to eat." She said walking away from the door as Ryuko catches up with her owner.

The blue girl walks out of the house and heads for the village while she goes down the steep snowy mountain. Once the two is in the village, they go to a dumpling soup shop and order the  regular. Kaida and the villagers cleaned up the mess together once the villagers found out what happened. They felt bad for the girl so they decided to help her out.

After the blue girl eats the soup, she pays and leaves. The girl goes outside the village for a walk knowing some demon will attack her, but she doesn't mind. Kaida walks through the woods and stops on a cliff. She looks at the stars in the inky sky as it seems to be giving her comfort. A bush rustles and Kaida got her katana out. She faces the katana towards the demon's neck not bothered to look at the demon. "Move, you die. Simple enough." The blue girl said coldly.

Since the demon decides to be stupid, it moves and Kaida slices it's head off. "I literally told you to not move, or you'll die. Y'all really don't value your lives." Kaida shakes her head and scoffs as she sits down on the snow. She continues stargazing as a familiar presence sits next to her.

Giyuu.

"I didn't know you were into stargazing Kai." Giyuu said looking at her. "I'm not, but it somewhat gives me comfort." Kaida hug her knees and looks at Giyuu with a smile plastered on her face. "Anyways, what are you doing here sir?" She asked him as Giyuu gives her a scoff. "What?" She said looking around. "What's with the 'sir'?" The ocean eyed man look at the stars and Kaida followed his gaze. "It's because you're old." She said snickering silently as Giyuu shot her a glare. "I'm not even in my eighties yet and you're calling me old? What a friend." Kaida looks at him smugly.

"Well you're older than me sooo-."

"Kaida if I hit you I'm wrong?"

"OKAY, OKAY! I'M SORRY-"

"Too late now."
