It had been a week since Emilia had started and the week had run perfectly.

Emilia had just started her shift.

She was with dr. Bailey today.

Izzie, Meredith, Cristina, George, Alex, Burke and Derek were all standing in the lobby looking outside.

Everyone we're blinking from all the flash lights.

Emilia however didn't blink once.

Emilia started tearing up and ran into the hallway.

None noticed because of all the flashing cameras sounds.

Derek saw Emilia running so he followed her.

Derek walked into a closet room.

Emilia was crying while have a panic attack.

Derek took Emilia in his arms and gave her a bag to breathe in.

After a while Emilia had calmed down.

You can go.. I'll be out very soon - Emilia said while getting out of Derek's arms

There was still 2 hours left of Emilia's shift and Emilia was in the pit stitching a little boys face up.

I'll get you a lollipop and then you should be good to go - Emilia said before walking over to the nurse station to get a lollipop
