When the wooden carved door flung open, she didn't expect to see a young man, who seemed to be around his early twenties. His hair was messy and eyes barely opened. He must have been awakened by the door bell as what she assumes by his appearance and flickery eyes. "Who are you?" He groaned. "Min Y/n." Her answer made him look at her with his raised brows. Min Y/n, this name sounded familiar yet he couldn't recall where he had heard this name before.

Y/n stared at him when her eyes automatically peeked behind him at the living area. The wall, furniture everything screamed nothing but luxury, expensive and valuable. No wonder, this was the Park Mansion which everyone wished to visit once in their lifetime and now she knows, why. "Why are you here?" His voice made her look at him back as she could feel him already fully awake. "Your dad hired me as your maid so today I have to look around then start my work f-" he stopped her in the mid way. "I know I know. You don't have to be talkative." Y/n bit her lower lip trying to suppress the sudden urge to punch him right on his face.

He moved aside as she entered with her slow steps. As she walked further, her eyes gawked at the scene which was hidden from her sight when she first peeked in. The floor was filled with empty wrappers of snacks. The coffee table was filled with leftover snacks and a box of untouched pizza on the couch. She cursed under her breath as may be, now she was in charge of this cleaning.

"Are you just gonna stare at them or clean also?" She turned around to see him sitting on the couch with his crossed legs. His eyes, filled with mischief and his curvy lips, made her sigh.

"You better make me familiar with this mansion than making me work right away." She uttered, reminding his father's words but who was she messing up with? He just smirked and stood up. "The mansion doesn't consist of many rooms to make you familiar with. Just know the kitchen is there." He pointed his finger on the left and then upstairs. "And my room there." Her jaw dropped at his statement. "What about my room?"

"We can share my room if you want." He winked and before she could protest, he spoke. "Go and make me dinner." He walked upstairs and left leaving Y/n dumbfound.

The time swiftly passed away and the clock ticked seven. She had to reach home by half past seven as it's already dark outside but this guy was literally making her work when it's not even her working day. Turning the gas stove off, she leaned on the counter. Her parents and brother must be having their little family time without her. She checked her phone with a little hope, just a little hope that they might give her a miscall, or even a text asking about her whereabouts but it just disappointed her. Why would they even remember her as they had never done before?

"Oh! Is my food ready?" She looked at the door and saw him marching towards her with that cocky grin on his face. She slightly nodded. "You shouldn't have made me work today. What if your father know about this?" She stared at him with some courage that soon vanished when his words striked on her ears. "If you wanna work here, you won't complain." He walked closer to her, increasing the proximity, slightly holding her waist before capturing her fully on the counter. She could feel his hot breath over her neck that brought shivers down her spine. It was palpable yet uncomfortable for her as the intense tension increased. "Besides, I was just trailing you to test if your handmade foods are edible or throwable." He whispered on her ear and pressed his lips on her cheek before pulling himself away from her.
