Chapter Two: The Doctor

Anna showed Onyx the main places in the hospital; the dinning area, meeting rooms, the social area where he can do activities, ect. Of course there was a lot to this hospital that onyx wasn't allowed to see or even get close to. When Anna told him some areas to stay away from, questions grew inside of onyx's mind. There was a hallway he was told to never get near and it was taped off with caution tape all over it. What happened there? It was a whole area blocked off. Onyx didn't have much time to think on it before Anna grabbed his arm gently and looked at him with the brightest smile. "I have one last thing to show you before I take you to meet your Doctor. Don't worry he's sweet. You'll love him"
Onyx huffed and rolled his eyes at this but he followed Anna anyway.

On their way through the halls Anna kept looking back at onyx. The way she looked at him told Onyx everthing he needed to know. He's seen this look several times before, Anna definitely had the hots for him. The soft rosey tone to her face and the look in her eyes was all he needed to know that he could use the way she was feeling to get whatever he wanted if he played his cards right. It worked every time.

They stopped in front of an exit door and Anna looked up at Onyx with a very serious face.
"Now don't get any ideas. The gates are electrified and the grounds here are heavily guarded. They won't hesitate to take you down."
Onyx's face was full of shock. She was letting him outside? What were they going to do to him? This was definitely a test right? Onyx was ready to stand his ground.
She smiled brightly and waved it off.
"But don't worry about all that. I know your files say a much different story but you seem much different to me. You're very sweet. You just seem a bit scared and that's pretty normal for unknown surroundings."
Onyx couldn't help but look confused and a bit nervous. Anna opened the door with her badge and led onyx outside. Onyx covered his eyes and hissed at the bright shining sun. It hurt his eyes since he never got to go outside.
Anna couldn't help but giggle at his reaction before she happily dragged him somewhere. Onyx stumbled a bit but followed Anna. He rubbed at his eyes trying to get them to adjust faster. Once they did Onyx realized they were in a garden. He's never been in a garden like this before. He was amazed and his mouth was slightly open from the shock as he looked around. Going in a circle to look at everything around him.
"Whoa- Anna- This is amazing! I've never seen anything this beautiful before." This wasn't a lie. Most of onyx's life was spent in a mental hospital, desperately trying to get away from the demons and creatures that always seemed to find him and haunt him.

"There's that smile. It suits you! You definitely should smile more. It really helps." Anna was watching his every move. Onyx faced her and started to smirk slightly.
"You really think so? Maybe your right then- but just for you okay, miss Anna?~"
He had a certain look in his eyes as he looked down at Anna. Anna's face turned pretty red. The way he looked and talked to her really messed with her. She covered her face and turned away. Anna cleared her throat before looking back at onyx.
"W-well it looks like it's time for you to meet your doctor! We can come outside again tomorrow, alright?"

Onyx held his smirk "I don't have much of a choice, do I?" He gave a soft laugh "I'd love too, dear."

"Let's go meet your doctor. I'm sure he's waiting for you. He's the best doctor here. The highest actually. He pretty much runs this place. Don't worry, he'll take great care of you. He specializes in cases like yours"
Onyx's heart shank when she said 'cases like yours' It rang in his ears as he followed her back inside and all the way to a door that read "Dr. Peirce"

Onyx stared at the door. Everything Anna was saying to him, didn't even process.
'Dr. Peirce, huh? I'm sure this doctor will be just like the others. This place is no different. I have to get out of here before things start getting bad again. I can feel the creatures eyes already on me.'

Anna knocked on the door
"Dr. Peirce, I've arrived with our newest guest."
All onyx would hear was a males voices reply. He didn't sound very old. Was he even a doctor?

"The doors unlocked. Feel free to enter miss Anna. I've been waiting for you two."

Anna opened the door and held it open for Onyx. Onyx looked at her as he tried to hold his worries down.

"Have a seat Mr. Arima, and we'll begin."
The doctor spoke again causing Onyx's gaze to shoot to him. The doctor was very young. He had medium length blueish silver hair, his hair drapped over one side of his face clearly hiding a big scar, bright amber yellow eyes that seemed to glow, and the brightest smile with scars on his lips. It was very clear to onyx that this cheerfulness was a big act.

"You're dismissed Miss Anna. Thank you for your work. I'll call for you when he's ready to go."
Anna nodded her head and left the room. When the door shut it sent cold chills down onyx's spine. The doctors eyes were locked on Onyx's and he held that chilling smile.

Onyx rolled his eyes and glared at the doctor before he finally took a seat like he was told to do.

"I'm sure you've already been told my name but I'll introduce myself properly. My name is Dr. Peirce. I'll be the doctor looking after you while you're here with us. I'll do everything in my power to make life easier for you. Trust me, there isn't a case I haven't been able to help with."

Onyx had his arms crossed and never stopped glaring at the man with the big smile.
"Look doc, I really doubt you'll be able to help me. I don't even want your help. No doctor has been able to help anyway so why can you? You don't even look like you've been a doctor for longer than a day. How do you even expect me to trust you when you're giving such a fake smile. Do you really think no one can see through that? If not then it really shows how stupid and naive everyone is."

The doctor looked very shocked by onyx's outburst but his smile never broke.
"First of all, that attitude isn't called for but it is understandable. As for how long I've been a doctor, just know it's been several years, though I'm only 25." He stood up and walked around his desk. Onyx never took his eyes off of him and kept his arms crossed.

"You aren't here to read me. You're here for me to read you. For me to open you up and find out a way to fix the problems you have." The doctor got pretty close to onyx. He lended down so they were now face to face. He almost had a dark Ora around him. It put onyx on edge. He gripped the arms of the chair as he stared the doctor in the eyes. He was trying hard to stay intimidating but he was definitely getting a bit scared. It was almost like the doctor could sense this. This look in his eyes seemed to change and his smile became more of a dark smirk. This caused onyx to sink back as far as he could into his chair. What did he get himself into? What was the doctor going to do. There was no way out of this
