"I want an heir no matter what Hyein"

Jungkook roared from where he was sitting. A shattered coffee cup near his feet. An aftermath of his rage.

"Why are you stressing on this? Don't you remember what your doctor said?"

Hyein asked carefully not to irritate Jungkook more than he already is. They were actually at the brink of a divorce and if she pushes more, he will definitely move the formalities. Her parents would disown her if something like that happens. Jungkook was their money tree.

"I am not getting stressed. I am healthy. Do not always bring that excuse in our conversation. I am just trying to tell you that you are having problem with carrying. So why don't we appoint a surrogate? Medicine is advanced. We will still get a baby thats our blood through this ART"

"I don't want some other b*tch to carry my child Jungkook. Wh-why don't we adopt a child?"

And Jungkook saw red. "I want my blood Hyein. If it's not the surrogate, let's get a divorce."

"Why don't we try again? Maybe it will succeed this time." She asked again with some hope in her tone which was rather pointless right now.

"We have been trying for the past three years Hyein without gaining anything. We are going to this agency and that's final. If you don't want this, I can always marry someone else Hyein." Jungkook said menacingly. He have never liked his wife ever since they got married. Everything was mechanical in Jungkook's life. Even the life with Hyein. Their form of intimacy was always focused on making an heir. There was no love involved, at least from Jungkook's part. He doesn't know why he couldn't accept Hyein as his wife. Whenever he looked at her eyes, he felt like he was looking at a stranger. Even during the physical intimacy, he always tried to avoid her eyes and he doesn't even know why?

This marriage proposal was brought up by his mother. He wasn't yet ready for a marriage at that time. He was still recovering. But they said it will bring positive changes in him. A marriage would be the solution. But everything turned upside down once Jungkook started living with her. A girl he could never imagine as his wife. Hyein didn't give a moment to think otherwise. She had her own priorities. That would be money at the top of her hierarchy. The obsession with Jungkook comes for the second. She was the one who refused to have kids in the first year of their married life. His mother was the one who was persistent on wanting an heir. He wasn't the least bit interested of having a child with her at the beginning. But then it became an inevitable choice. It was just a baby making process for Jungkook. He never got any pleasure from this baby making process. Life became a colourless drama for him.

But now an heir was his top priority. His grandfather will handover their company to one of his lousy cousins if he doesn't take the initiative.

"You think threatening me with that stupid divorce will get you everything. Do whatever you wish."

Jungkook sighed after hearing her stomp away from him. A loud noice followed her steps as she shut the door of their bedroom in rage.

Jungkook sat at the waiting lounge of this company which was an hour and a half away from his office. A few of them recommended him here. It was the best company among the Elites opinion.

Looking at the set up and the look of the customers here, Jungkook can see that they were right.

Near Jungkook sat his assistant Sunoo. Just like everyday, the male was busy clearing and adding his schedule, no matter where he was.
