The plot would go off of the doujin called [Gyuutan Teishoku e no Koi/Angel Girl]. The plot would centered around an Earth that was ruined and destroyed by Angels, with the only one city standing being Tokyo and an underground base under Hiroshima. And from that base would come the revolutionary technology that was officially named, "Angel Defeating Transformation Belt" or what most called "Agents". Y/N father Inui Masumi was apart the creation of the first "Agents" with the idea that those who use the Agents will become what those in the base called Angel Executioners, people who were not only able capable to kill Angels but also assist protecting both the base and the last city.
