"hehehehehehehehe, ooo~ a new visitor, come come, lets play, with our lives of course. its never fun without stakes, come come come, its non negotiable, HAHAHA, LETS HAVE FUN~ of course, if you win, ill give your own little little reward, just so it is fair course, course, everything is fair in this new wonderland."

Chaos is...interesting, As the overwatcher of chaos, he takes the place azathoth once was, and is now the director of chaos or "fun" as he calls it. He is mad, carefree, reckless, and purely insane. "Most people view insanity as a bad thing" he commented, "i prefer to think of it as a new way of life!" Chaos does his job, causing havoc wherever he wants. Remember that traffic jam you had? he probably caused that.

Chaos doesn't just do this to mortals, no, he messed with all the other overwatchers, which is probably why he is just as hated as evil, only reaching the third hated due to life's strange fondness of him. Chaos generally enjoys when things are out of order, finding perfect logic among the chaos, which makes him dangerous the longer a battle goes.

Chaos loves anything, as long as it has a incredible taste, sweet, sour or even god awful, and as such, him and life sometimes share spicy food. He can also see things differently, solving tricks puzzles and strategies unseen by anybody in existence, as chaos said "sometimes, its the stuff people dont see that trip them up"

Appearance: chaos is unique, taking the appearance of a half andromorphic dragon, half jester, making a confusing  combination, of a human mixed with a tail and scales and white paint. Chaos normally wears a mix of cowboy leather and a jester outfit, creating a mix of a jester wearing a scarf, cowboy heels and a hat. His teeth are unusually sharp, which allows him to perform his "teeth smasher" technique.

Chaos eyes can turn into reptilian like slits, and his true form resembles a dragon, a symbol of chaos in many old stories, mainly when a knight or prince slays a dragon. When his dragon form, every single one of his scales is a different color, following no particular order. Seeing a sight could be considered beautiful but also a sign of doom. Those who gaze upon this form are immediately cursed, their lives fated to take a road of disorder and disaster. The dragon form has 8 wings, spread out to form the chaos star.

personality: chaos is, as stated previously, completely drunk off of random chemicals in his brain, insane, and quite literally tweaks out every time he breathes. He is one of the most erratic beings on earth, and can go from incredibly maniacal, to incredibly rewarding, to friendly, to suffering a random schizophrenic  episode, you get the idea. So far, only the witness, life, dead and sas-37 are able to tolerate his weird emotional changes. He speaks in riddles, often saying more then he needs to when talking about a time, place or event, and is generally very expressive, waving his hands around. There are times where he can choose to be silent, sometimes when life is reading (she prefers to be in silence). Despite saying he doesn't care much about the opinion of others, he will tend to try and calm down his erratic behavior if it bothers others and is even currently trying to find a way to bring the witness a new experience.

magic type: chaos

effect: causes small and minor damage, which ramps up the more he hits the target

overall skill level: chaos is actually the third strongest over watcher, behind life and death. Due to his incredible dragon like strength, confusing psyche and unhinged fighting style, he is a  force to be reconned with. He isn't smart by any means, but has crazy idea's and the power to execute them.

trickster fighting style: although his stance looks goofy, he is the hardest to read. incredibly fast jabs and chops, with devastating swipes and slams, combined with the mobility and flight, makes him a incredibly dangerous fighter on all fronts. He doesn't have the best defensive game, but when your practically covered in scales and natural defense, it doesn't matter much
