Chapter 2 : Where Are You Now?

As the news spread like wildfire, the town's radio station, WCTX, began to broadcast urgent reports. The news anchor, a stern-faced woman with a grave tone, spoke in hushed tones:

"...Reports are coming in of multiple kidnappings in Willow Creek, Texas. The victims, all children, were taken from their homes in the dead of night. The authorities are urging citizens to remain calm and report any suspicious activity to the police immediately. The FBI has been called in to assist in the investigation, and a full-scale search is underway to locate the missing children."

The friend group gathered around the radio, their eyes wide with concern. Bryan's face was etched with worry, his brow furrowed in concentration.

"This can't be happening," Tihanna whispered, her voice trembling. "We have to do something."

Jane nodded vigorously. "We need to help find those kids. We can't just sit around and do nothing."

Keon's expression was grim. "We should be careful, though. We don't know what kind of person is doing this or what they're capable of."

Bryan's eyes flashed with determination. "We can't let fear control us. We have to stand together and support each other. We'll find those kids, no matter what it takes."

As they listened to the news, the group's initial shock and fear began to give way to a sense of purpose. They knew that they had to act quickly, before it was too late.

The news continued to unfold, with reports of frantic parents searching for their missing children and the authorities scrambling to piece together the evidence. The friend group listened intently, their minds racing with thoughts of their own loved ones.

"This could happen to anyone," Jane said, her voice laced with anxiety. "We need to be careful and look out for each other."

Tihanna's eyes widened in horror as she saw Keon being dragged away by a group of shadowy figures. "No! Keon!" she shouted, running towards the kidnappers.

Bryan and Jane quickly followed, but it was too late. The kidnappers disappeared into the darkness, taking Keon with them.

The group stood frozen, their hearts racing with fear. They stared at each other, unsure of what to do next.

"This is happening," Jane whispered, her voice shaking. "We can't just sit here and do nothing."

Tihanna's face was etched with determination. "We have to find him. We can't let them take him from us."

Bryan nodded vigorously. "We need to tell the police what happened. They need to know what's going on."

As they stood there, trying to process what had just happened, they heard the sound of sirens in the distance. The police had arrived, responding to the emergency call.

The group quickly gathered their wits and approached the officers, who were securing the scene. They told the officers what had happened, and Bryan pulled out his phone to take a picture of the area where Keon was taken.

"We need to get this information to the police ASAP," Bryan said, his voice firm. "We need to find Keon."

The officers nodded, taking notes and photographs. They promised to do everything they could to locate Keon and bring him back safely.

As they watched the police take charge, the group began to plan their next move.

"We need to work together," Tihanna said. "We can't let them get away with this."

Bryan nodded. "We need to be smart about this. We can't just rush in without a plan."
