It was the end of the year and Levi was graduating, Hanji was still in her second year though, going on third. She frowned as he got his diploma. When he came back to throw his cap, she hugged him. "I really am gonna miss you...do you seriously have to move to Sina City?" Levi blushed and nodded. "Sorry, but I leave next week. I'll miss you too, shitty glasses." She smiled and hugged him tighter.
Throughout the months, they lost touch. And a few years went by. Hanji Zoe adopted a child...Eren Yeager. Levi had adopted one too, Mikasa Ackerman. Eren and Hanji were playing in the park on a cold winter day when Levi and Mikasa were walking by. Eren bumped into Mikasa, making her fall into the snow. "Watch it, brat." Levi said with a menacing glare. Hanji ran out.
"I'm so sorry, Eren is clumsy and--" Her eyes widened, a smile forming on her lips. "LEVI!!!" He blinked and huffed. "Shitty glasses." Mikasa and Eren just stared at each other. "Wanna go play...?" Eren said shyly. Mikasa nodded, took his hand in hers and ran off with him. Hanji smiled and hugged him tightly, he hugged her back. "I'm happy to see you too..." Levi muttered, a blush on his cheeks. She pulled back and passionately kissed him on the lips.
He blushed and pulled back. "What was that?" He snarled. "A hello kiss!" She smiled. "I missed you..." She said quietly with a shy smile on her face. They sat on the park bench watching their kids.
"You should've asked if I had a wife or something, cause it sure seems like you have a husband. Or are you a cheater?" "No, never!" Hanji replied quickly, she huffed. "Maybe I should've thought of that, but Eren's adopted. His mother and father died in a car accident when he was three, I saw a poster and swooped right in, I also fulfilled my scientist dreams!"
At least she seemed happy. "Mikasa's adopted too, her parents were murdered....and I'm the ceo of a big company, nothing big." Hanji's mouth widened. "Wow!" She said. "So you're famous? I've seen you on billboards, I could never put my finger on who you were though..."
Levi raised an eyebrow, a puff of air leaving his mouth as he breathed. "A year of friendship, and you forgot how I looked? Pictures???" Hanji frowned. "Well, I got a new phone and stuff...and you blocked me on all websites. What was that about?" She asked with a sad expression on her face. The kind of expression making a person want to pull her in and kiss her.
"Work. I had to block Miche and Erwin to...."
"Ah, your...acquaintances?" She teased.
"Shut up, and yeah. They're my friends. Lay off my ass..."
Mikasa ran over to Levi. "I'm cold, but wanna play with Eren...
Eren ran into Hanji's arms. "Mama, Mikasa cold, so I gave her my scarf."
"Only if that's okay with Levi..." Hanji said, looking at Levi.
"...Did you wash it?" He asked with a menacing glare. "Yes, yes! I did, yesterday!" She said with a giggle.
"Fine, I'll return it--"
"NO! Mikasa can keep it..." Eren said with a smile on his face. Mikasa nodded and looked at him.
"Levi, can we actually keep in touch?" She asked quietly. "For Eren and Mikasa?"
Levi sighed. "Yeah, why not?"
(A/N Mikasa doesn't like Eren in this but I'll keep the super overprotective part in, just not the lovey dovey, for reasons :>)
