Hanji and Levi were walking in the park, hand in hand, Mikasa and Eren were walking in front of him when they saw a little blonde boy crying on the street. Hanji blinked and looked at Levi curiously. She saw Mikasa and Eren go comfort him, apparently, he'd lost his mom and dad due to a plane accident, and his grandpa died too. Mikasa hugged him and Eren patted his head.
"Wanna come home with us?" Mikasa asked quietly, the little boy looked up and nodded. "Mhm..." He mumbled. Eren helped him up and gave him a curious look. "What's your name? I'm Eren, this is Mikasa." "...I'm Armin..." He mumbled. The two pulled Armin over to Hanji and Levi and smiled.
"This is Armin, he's coming home with us." She said quietly with a little smile on her face.
"Please mom?" Eren pleaded, looking at the two adults with puppy eyes.
"He's dirty--" Levi was cut off by Hanji slapping a hand over his mouth, "Of course he can, we'll wash him up." Levi rolled his eyes and pryed her hand off.
They all got home, Levi washed Armin and Hanji picked out some clothes from Eren's drawer for him, when he was dried, they got him dressed.
Mikasa smiled at him and showed him her room. "This is Mikasa's room!" Eren shouted happily. Eren lead Armin to his room. "And this is our room! We're gonna have sleepoevrs every day!" Armin did a little cheer.
Over the weeks, Armin was getting more used to living with them. Mikasa would beat someone up if someone hurt Armin or Eren and come home with Levi being very proud, and Hanji just...giving her a scolding and a high five right after.
