Two years later, Adrien and Marinette were married. They were often seen together as Adrienette, and occasionally as Marichat, Ladrien, or Ladynoir. It was obvious to themselves and the public that they were friendzoned no more.
"I am glad you married me," Adrien said.
"Well, I am glad I married you," Marinette said.
"We are glad you are more than friends," Tikki and Plagg said together.
"You two are so cute," Marinette gushed over the kwami. "Yep, they sure are," Adrien agreed.
"No, what is cute is the little one in Marinette's tummy," Tikki bragged. "True that," Plagg said.
"Marinette, are you having a baby?" Adrien asked. "Yes, I just found out today," Marinette said.
"How did you know, Tikki?" Adrien asked. "Us kwami have a way of sensing when a holder is with child," Tikki replied. "Yes, and we can also sense when the holder is about to -" Plagg began. "Plagg, you can't them that," Tikki rebuked him. "Why not?" Plagg asked, "We can." "Plagg stop it will ya?" Tikki asked. "Oh, yeah, how about you try and make me?" Plagg teases her. Tikki kisses him. Plagg blushed but kissed her back.
"Plagg what were you trying to tell us before Tikki interrupted you?" Adrien asked. "Yes, do tell us," Marinette said. Tikki glared at Plagg. "You know what, I forget," Plagg lied. He knew Tikki would be furious if he ever did tell them so he did not dare.
Nine months later, the little patter of feet could be heard. It was the sound of Emma and her brother Hugo Agreste the babies of Adrien and his lovely wife, Marinette.
"See, I told ya, Pollen," Wayzz bragged. "Yes, you sure did, "Pollen said. "Told her what?" Master Fu who was retired wanted to know. "Told her that Adrien would marry Marinette and he did. Not only that but by the looks of it they got busy-if you know what I mean." Wayzz remarked.
"Wayzz, hush, that is no way to talk," Master Fu shushed him. Pollen laughed.
