I had this funny idea and I think it's great
(I'm just using Aya as the character)

Aya: Okay, got my iron armor, my tools, some food, and a pumpkin just in case *looks in her inventory, double checking everything* Okay, let's go *heads into her cave, mining some stone and ore*
Enderman: *teleports into the cave* Hm... *thinks*
[Let's see...]
*sees Aya*
[Huh...what is that?]
Aya: *hums softly before suddenly hearing teleport sounds* Eep! Pumpkin, pumpkin, pumpkin! *looks through her inventory before putting the pumpkin on her head, then looked around*
Enderman: *blinks a bit, seeing her with the pumpkin* ...?
Aya: *gulps, looking up at him* I got my pumpkin...so he should be friendly...
Enderman: [Is...this an underground snow golem?] *thinks her iron armor is snow*
Aya: *sees he doesn't hurt her, letting out a soft sigh before going back to mining*
Enderman: [It can mine...but what would a snow golem need with stone?]
Aya: *mines some stone with lava underneath* Whoa! *backs up* Phew, that was close...
Enderman: *sees her close to the lava* [Oh no...it's going to melt!] * teleports over, grabbing her and teleporting to the other side of the cave*
Aya: *blinks a bit, looking up at the enderman* Uh...did you just...protect me?
Enderman: *looks at her, setting her down* Y...es...
Aya: *looks at him confused* Uh, thanks, but...why?
Enderman: S...now...mel...ts...d...idn't....wan...t you...to...me...lt...
Aya: Snow...? What do- *looks down at her armor* Ooohhh...
Enderman: *pats her head before teleporting away* [I never thought I'd ever meet a snow golem...she was adorable]
Aya: *processes what happened* ...He thinks I'm a snow golem

I know the armor doesn't really matter as long as you have a pumpkin, but whenever I've been playing I've had iron armor, and I think it's funny to think that Endermen think you're a snow golem of sorts
