King Shigaraki was quite literally a demon, known for being greedy and self-centered, his rule created a society where only the ruthless could survive, he even had many of his prisoners kill each other for his own entertainment
Despite many believing he was heartless, there was one person in particular King Shigaraki had a deep affinity towards, a blind prince of a small kingdom, one that was ruled only by a king, as the queen passed away after the War of Ash
The prince was known as Prince Izuku Midoyira, he became blind under mysterious circumstances, but despite this, he was the kingdom's most skilled fighter, it was said that he single handedly fought off 5 enemy kingdoms with nothing but a broken sword, but there were rumors
Rumors that Izuku wasn't born a prince, but a princess, that he wasn't even human, and of course, rumors that his blinded eyes were the reason for the War of Ash. . .
