Dante is okay guys!!ARES RUSSO:
Dom scolds me, his arms crossed, as he exclaims, "God, why on earth do you have to be so dramatic?!
"I wasn't being dramatic!" I shout, my voice echoing through the room.
"You think it was a good idea to go telling Athena that Dante has passed away? He's not even dead, you fool!" Dom exclaimed with frustration. "Are you trying to give her a heart attack or what?!"
I mumble to myself, "How was I supposed to know she would react like that?"
"It's okay," Elijah consoles me, gently patting my shoulder. "You didn't know what was going on."
"Elijah! She fainted because of him!" Dom exclaims, throwing his hands up in the air in frustration. "If anyone needs a pat on the shoulder, it's Athena!"
Elijah let out a sigh as he said, "You told Ares that he passed away when in reality, he simply changed rooms."
I give Dom the middle finger, glaring at him.
Lorenzo strides confidently into the room, with Marcello quietly trailing behind. "Athena is okay now, but unfortunately, Hades is the one who's looking after her," he remarks with a hint of frustration.
Dom points at me with a menacing look in his eyes and says, "You. I'm gonna fucking kill you!"
I let out a piercing scream as I hid behind Elijah, my heart pounding in my chest. "I didn't do anything wrong!" I exclaim.
Marcello reacts swiftly, grabbing Dom's arm to hold him back. "Let go of me!" Dom shouts, struggling to break free.
"No," Marcello calmly says, dragging him out of the room with an unreadable expression but right when Marcello leaves, he gives me a harsh glare.
I stare at him in disbelief, my mouth slightly agape as I struggle to comprehend what he just did.
"Did you see that?!" I exclaim.
Lorenzo and Elijah both exchange puzzled glances as they turn their attention toward me, shaking their heads.
I plop down onto the cushioned armchair, feeling completely bewildered and at a loss for words.
Great. Out of all people, it's the two most fucking crazy people I know who are mad at me. I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight.
I mean, what was I supposed to do? I walked into Dantes's hospital room, expecting to see him there, but to my shock, the room was empty. Then, Dom approached me and broke the news that Dante had passed away. I was completely shocked like any normal human would be.
Dom had kept such a straight face that I couldn't even fathom that it might have been a joke. It took five hours for him to finally reveal the truth, and by then, Athena fainted. And he blames everything on me?!
What a hypocrite.
Dante enters the room wearing a hospital gown, clutching an IV pole. "Hey guys," he says softly, his gaze falling to the floor. "Do any of you happen to have—"
Lorenzo let out a heavy sigh as he spoke firmly, "I've said this before and I'll say it again - no alcohol."
Dante huffs in frustration and stomps away, his footsteps echoing in the hallway like a little child's. I can't help but chuckle, shaking my head at his antics.

It has been weeks since that day, and now the first snowflakes are starting to drift down from the sky. Typically, I'm not a fan of winter – I mean, who enjoys cold weather? But lately, something feels different. Despite the chill in the air, there's a warmth in my heart. Dante's health is improving, and I find myself feeling hopeful. As I glance down at my phone, I can't help but wait for Athena's reply.
I texted her to see if it was snowing for her too. After all these years I would expect to know my little sister's favorite season but I have no idea what it is.
So there are so many ways she could respond. She could say, "It's snowing? Not for me. You're lucky." Or on the other hand, "Yes it is, and I hate it." But right now, I haven't even gotten a response.
I let out a deep sigh, feeling a wave of frustration wash over me as I slipped my phone into my pocket. Slowly, I make my way over to where Dante is. As I approach him, he looks at me and flashes a warm smile. "Did she answer?" he asks, his voice filled with anticipation.
I shake my head, a playful smile on my lips. "Wanna bet on it?"
"I bet it's spring," He says confidently, a twinkle in his eye.
"I think autumn," I say, a bit uncertain, as I glance at the changing leaves around us.
"I think you two should shut up," Dante grumbles good-naturedly, clearly uninterested in our little wager.
Elijah lets out a soft chuckle as he leisurely scrolls through his phone. "It's probably summer. She always used to run around in the garden when the sun was out," he muses with a reminiscent smile.
Marcello chimes in, "I think she likes Spring."
Lorenzo interjects with a hint of nostalgia, "Are you all forgetting that she loved the snow when she was little?"
We all fall silent, pondering Lorenzo's words.
Dante, with a touch of disbelief, speaks up, "She isn't little anymore. Why on earth would she go play in the snow? She's an adult now."
