As they headed out of the door Enid grabbed Wednesday's hand and led her to the path that led to Jericho. Wednesday's face turned a scarlet red as soon as Enid grabbed her hand.

Wednesdays thoughts

She grabbed my hand. How foolish, Xavier would have been skinned if he grabbed my hand without warning. But with her it's different. I never seem to follow through with my threats. It makes me feel weak. But her hands are soft and warm. It's comforting.

"Wens?" Enid said worriedly.

"Huh?..Yes, Enid?" Wednesday said in reply to the confused and worried wolf.

"You scared me for a second you just stopped and started to look dead, and I mean more dead than you look already," Enid said in a hush.

"I'm alright Enid now needs to worry," Wednesday said.

"Alright," Enid said.

They were getting closer to Jericho by this time. Enid started to drift into a deep thought.

Enid's Thought

Her hands might be a bit cold and tense but that will soon be gone with her hand in mine. She's adorable, if only she was mine. I just don't know how to ask her what happens if it's not meant to be. Maybe I'm overthinking this, maybe she likes me back or not. I could embarrass myself if I asked her out and she rejected me. Focus Enid Focus where just going to grab a coffee from the Weathervane. Something all Platonic friends do.

"Enid where here," Wednesday said as she pulled the colorful wolf through the entrance of the Weathervane.

"Are you getting your usual Wens?" Enid said delightfully.

"Yes, I will be getting my "Usual" Enid," Wednesday said as she walked up to the counter.

"A black coffee please," Wednesday said to the boy at the counter with a name tag that said Harry on it.

"And for the other Lady, what would it be Ma'am?" Harry said

"I'll take a pink drink with extra whip cream and sprinkles," Enid said as she stared at the boy at the cash register.

"Alright is that all?" Harry said as he was uncomfortable with the colorful girl staring at him.

"Yes, that will be all for us," Wednesday said as she walked away to sit at a table.

"Wens, do you want me to pay or are you?" Enid said, hoping she could pay.

"You can pay today Enid," Wednesday said as she watched Enid jump up and down because of happiness. This gave her a weird feeling in her stomach, almost like spiders crawling inside her.

"Thank you Wens!!" Enid said very gleefully.

"Your welcome Enid," Wednesday said as she sat down.

"So doing anything tomorrow Wens?" Enid said.

"No other than my important writing time," Wednesday said in response.

"Would you like to hang out with me and my friends?" Enid said nicely.

"No," Wednesday said in a cold tone.

"Puh-Lease Wens??" Enid said begging her to go and hang out with her tomorrow.

"Fine, but only if it ends your begging nonsense," Wednesday said, which made Enid jump up and down again because of happiness.

They soon got their drinks and drank there in the Weathervane while talking. Mostly Enid was talking but that is because Wednesday can speak with her looks. Soon after they finished they decided to watch a movie since there is still plenty of time to go back to Nevermore.
"What movie do you want to watch?" Enid said while walking on Wednesday.

"A horror movie preferably scream," Wednesday said in reply to Enid.

"Uhm....I hate horror but I'll watch it if you want to" Enid said as she said "No, Wens were watching this, and that's that!" Enid said as she intertwined her and Wednesday's fingers.
Wednesday had a nice shade of red on her face by that time.

Enid's thoughts

She looks adorable with that blush on her face. Very noticeable for sure though she's so fucking pale. It's not hard to see that she is blushing hope she's not embarrassed though. I would hate to do that to her. She can get extremely embarrassed and then lash out in rage. It's horrifying.

"Enid were here" Wednesday said, snapping Enid out of her trance.

"Alright, I'll get snacks you go get our seats alright Wens?" Enid said as she was walking to get popcorn and stuff.

"Okay Enid," Wednesday said as she headed up to get the tickets for Scream 2.

Halfway through the movie, a jump scare scared Enid enough that she grabbed Wednesday's hand out of reflex. Making both of them blush.
"Dammit sorry Wens I got scared there," Enid said as she let go of Wednesday's hand.

Wednesday looked at her and said, "Enid if you are scared we can leave and do something else, or we could also just go back to Nevermore?"

"No Wens I want to stay here so you can be happy and watch a horror movie!"

"Enid I can't allow that if you are not happy, seeing you happy makes me content," Wednesday said as she grabbed Enid's wrist and dragged her out of the theater.

"But When I thought you liked that movie?" Enid said as they walked back to Nevermore.

"I did Enid it was nice, but you were scared which made me feel unpleasant so I decided to bring you back to Nevermore," Wednesday said as they walked up the stairs to their dorm.

"You cared about me?" Enid said confused

"No, it just made me uncomfortable to see you like that," Wednesday said as she walked to her side of the dorm.

"Oh alright Wens," Enid says as she goes to lie down in bed.

"What time is it Enid?" Wednesday says.

"It's 6 pm why?" Enid said.

"I was wondering if I have my electronic device set at a really weird time," Wednesday said.

Btw her phone isn't set to a different time zone it's just on army time, aka the 24-hour clock.

"Let me see that Wens" Enid said as she walked over and took the phone from Wednesday's grasp.

"Here that's easy Wens let me fix it for you" Enid said as she fixed it for her.

"Enid, go back to your side," Wednesday said in a cold tone.

"I was just trying to help jeez Wednesday," Enid said as she walked back to her side.

"And for that Enid I'm grateful, but I dislike people on my side of the dorm," Wednesday said as she sat down on her bed.

Time skip

10:00pm

"Enid, it's time for bed" Wednesday said as she got changed.

Enid looked over to see a topless Wednesday.

Enid's thoughts

Fuck.. I must be a blushing mess right now. She's no. Her body is beautiful; it's just perfect in every way.

"Enid?" Wednesday said as she went to lay down.

"Huh...Yes Wens?" Enid said as she stood up and got changed.

"Have a restless sleep" Wednesday said in a cold tone.

"Yeah, goodnight to you too," Enid said as she layed in bed.

Btw: The lights are off.

This took me 7 days to write because my motivation was lost on like day 4.
