"Well since that really didn't bring my mood up, let's get something to eat?" Enid said as she looked at Wednesday.
"Fine" Wednesday said as she stood up brushing the non-existent dust off of herself.

"What do you want to eat?" Wednesday asked.

"How about we go into Jericho for some food, I mean it's only 6pm?" Enid suggested.

"Alright" Wednesday walked out of the dorm with Enid following close behind her.

~They decided to walk to Jericho because it's not that long of a walk-ish, also why not? (Exercise)~

"So what do you want to eat?" Wednesday asked Enid hoping for a good answer.

"How bout we go to a restaurant?" Enid suggested looking at the ground as she walked.

"Sure"
Wednesday and Enid continued to walk to Jericho eventually seeing the town in sight. They walk towards a restaurant to eat at. As soon as they got there they asked for a table and got one. They sat down and waited for the waiter to come. There was a silence but it wasn't an awkward one it was a comfortable silence as they waited. Eventually the waiter came and took their order.

"So? How do you like it so far?" Enid said in an attempt to break the silence in the air.

"It's fine" Wednesday looked at Enid then back down to the table.

Eventually after about 10 minutes Enid and Wednesday's food came;their drinks came earlier.

"So, how's the food? Enid said with a mouthful of food.

"Enid!, Don't talk with your mouth full..., But yes, the food is enjoyable" Wednesday said to Enid.

"Sorry, Willa," Enid said as she swallowed her food.

"Willa? Don't call me that!" Wednesday said in a bland tone.

"Why not?" Enid said basically pouting-ish.

"If you call me that again I will have no problem taking your vocal box out" Wednesday said as she glared at Enid.

"Empty threats? That's crazy Willa" Enid said happily.

"Ugh you infuriate me"

Wednesday finished half of her plate then stopped because she was all done eating (she was full).

"Are you done Willa?" Enid said as she looked at Wednesday then at her half eaten plate then back to Wednesday.

"Yes"

Enid quickly finished eating so they could pay the bill and leave.

"Well, since I'm done now, who's gonna pay the bill, me or you?" Enid asked.

"I'll pay," Wednesday said as she grabbed some cash and put it next to the end of the table.

"Oh, uh ... .Thank you Willa" Enid said as she looked at Wednesday.

The waiter came by and helped them pay the bill then took their dishes and left. Signaling that they could leave now.

"Let's go back to the dorm Enid" Wednesday said as she stood up and started to walk out.

"Oh, okay!" Enid walked up to Wednesday and linked their pinkies together. Her face heated up immensely though.

Wednesday stayed silent not saying anything about why their pinkies are linked together.

Wednesday's thoughts

My face is hot and I'm assuming it's red...Am I blushing? No. That couldn't be right. I'm an Addams. We don't go soft on people. Ugh! If only Enid knew the things she did to me...

As they were getting closer to Nevermore, the sun was slowly descending out of range for Jericho.

"So what do you wanna do when we get back?" Enid said as she looked ahead at the Academy.

"I'm just gonna read," Wednesday said blankly.

"Really Willa? You don't want to watch a movie or something?" Enid said basically pleading Wednesday to watch a movie with her.

"Fine, but it has to be a horror movie" Wednesday said as she walked up the steps to her dorm.

"Alright"
