Uzis POV:
I felt something gently shaking me awake, pulling me from the depths of sleep. N's familiar voice whispered into the morning silence. "Uzi, it's six. You wanted me to get you up at six, remember? Time to rise and shine," he said softly, his hand on my shoulder, nudging me in that gentle way only he could.
His voice was like a blanket itself—warm, soft, and comforting. I groaned softly, rolling over to face him. N was sitting on the edge of the bed, looking down at me with that half-awake smile of his. His hair was still slightly messy from sleep, but his eyes sparkled with amusement as he waited for me to respond. "Morning," he said, his voice low and affectionate.
I smiled sleepily at him, still half in a dream. "Morning," I murmured back, my voice thick with the remnants of sleep. N raised his hand and brushed his fingers softly against my cheek, the warmth of his touch making me sink further into the pillows. We locked eyes for a moment, getting lost in each other's gaze
"You gonna get in the shower?" he asked, his voice teasing yet patient, knowing I wasn't ready to move just yet. I hummed, nodding slightly but still reluctant to leave the comfort of our bed. "Yeah, I'll get up... but only if you give me a kiss," I teased, my lips curling into a playful smile as I looked up at him. N chuckled softly, leaning down toward me.
His lips met mine in a tender, lingering kiss, one that made me close my eyes and savor the warmth and softness of the moment. It was the kind of kiss that made you forget all about the world outside—the kind of kiss that could make you want to stay in bed forever. But he broke the kiss too soon, pulling back with a smirk.
My eyes fluttered open to find him staring at me, waiting for my next move. I sighed dramatically, knowing I had lost the battle. "Alright, alright, I'll get up," I said, rolling my eyes but smiling all the same. I pushed myself up, swinging my legs over the side of the bed and letting my feet touch the cool floor.
The morning chill hit me instantly, pulling me further into wakefulness. I stood up and stretched, feeling my joints pop as I made my way over to the closet. "What should I wear today?" I asked, glancing back at N, who was still lounging on the bed. N hummed thoughtfully, his eyes scanning me as if imagining different outfits on me.
"How about your black jacket and those ripped black jeans?" he suggested, his voice casual but with that glint of admiration in his eyes. I grinned, liking the idea. "Good choice," I said, reaching into the closet and pulling out a simple white t-shirt. I tossed it onto the bed, watching it land near N's feet. Then, I moved over to the smaller closet where I kept my jackets.
I found my favorite black one, pulling it out and tossing it in N's direction as well. He caught it with a little laugh, shaking his head as he held it up like a prize. Next, I walked over to the dresser and opened the drawer where I kept my jeans. I pulled out the pair of ripped black jeans N had suggested, adding them to the growing pile of clothes at the foot of the bed.
Just as I was about to turn away, N's voice cut through the quiet. "Uzi, don't forget your bra and underwear," he reminded me with a teasing lilt in his voice. I rolled my eyes, making a little hum of acknowledgment. "Can you grab them for me when I get in the shower? They're in the drawer right next to you," I said, pointing to the right.
