Billu entered the kitchen and screamed seeing what lay before him

Billu:KARISHMA MADDAAMM!!!!..........

What billu saw was KS laying in her own pool of blood unconscious luckily when she was about to stab herself she fell unconscious before doing so and is still alive (barely) Billu rushes to aid her and saw that she was not breathing properly and her pulse was low he got up and dialed the number of a female doctor who treats KS when she is hurt on places a male doctor cannot treat by the time she came Billu took her to the medical room of the house where all needed equipment was available and tried to stop the bleeding 😔. After about 10 minutes the doctor let's call her Sonali came and got shocked to see KS in such a State and quickly started her operation 😭.and luckily she was out of danger and very weak doctor Sonali moved to billu and asked 

Dr. Sonali: Billu ye Kaise Howa hai Tumhe pata hai aaj unki JAAN CHALI JATI agar aur thodi si bhi der ho jaati to 

Billu: Sonali mujhe nahi pata ye kaise huwa hai  main to subha inhe dekne aaya toh aise paaya

And suddenly KS woke up with a jerk and started screaming 

KS:HASEENA, AMMA....AM..MAAA HAS....EEENAAAA

And started crying non stop Sonali just hugged her to make her calm and soon KS became calm and stopped crying Billu and Sonali were both shocked to see KS in a devastated state and Sonali was doing her treatment and billu was standing there talking on the phone 

Later after her treatment KS asked billu about the MPT family and Billi said everything was good and safe KS took a sigh of relief and billu advised her to eat and take rest she did so and fell asleep

IN MPT:

everyone except SS and MG were present in thaana and CC and RT were telling HM and PJ about the plan and they all agree to it (guess what they are going to propose to the love of their lives ) and start decorating the thaana later after a while SS and MG come to the thaana and are amazed by how beautiful the thaana looks they moved inside and suddenly the lights went out and came back after a few minutes and MG is shocked to see RT sitting on his knee and forwarding his hand towards MG and asked her to hold it and MG did so , after holding her hand he spoke
