The image above is a rubric for judging books. I know some might be confused but don't be, I'll explain. If the book I'm judging is excellent in plot and other criteria, that'd be four points each which is a total of 20 points. Don't be afraid to mix, for example if I think the plot was good (3pts) but the character needs improvement (1pts) and the others are excellent (4 pts each * 3= 12pts). That'd be 3 plus 1 plus 12 which is 14/20.

Four judges would be required for each genre and judges remember to be honest and use your personal discretion to award points.
