Ben 10 x Starfire

Ben 1♀

 Ben cycled though his forms while Max was using a large contraption to scan Starfire at a dimly lit old Plumber base teaming with long shelved alien technology, Ben finally moving to his newest form, the one based on Starfire.

"Friend Starfire why is this form the only one that changes my gender, why does your form make me the girl?"

Starfire pauses, hesitates, "This form...I'm not...a normal Tameranian."

Ben held her head a moment, shivering, Starfire looking surprised as she trembles, "Y-You remember the ship?"

Ben shakes her head, "Yes and the no. Before the watch fixed you it was a bad dream but one that hang with me like any memory. Now it is faded, I only have the barest memories of it..." she pauses looking at the trembling hero, "...It...it was not a the dream, was it?"

She shakes her head, "I am the princess of my people. Betrayed by my own sister and sold to be the slave. We Tamerainins have several powerful abilities and my m-masters wanted to make me the more docile s-slave and more powerful the weapon so they...did the things. Things I don't like to talk about."

Ben nods, "I know the things, I remember them. Faded as it is I still remember the things they did to me~us," she shakes her head, "Y-You."

Starfire smiles and floats over, pulling Ben into a warm hug, "Us. You are like the sister to me. But the good one," her normally positive and cherry demeanor souring a moment, "not like the one I share the mother with who sold me to the slavers."

Ben looks over to Gwen with a smile, hovering over with Starfire and pulling her in, "Cousin Gwen and I often butt the heads but I know she always has the back of me."

Gwen flustered in embarrassment as she pulls out from the hug, "Your still family Dweeb. Not like I'm going to let some space weirdo hurt you."

Starfire's face crashes as she floats away, "I know I am the weird. Even though I learned the language the nuances still escape me. Still I would never hurt Sister Ben."

Gwen and Max quickly wave hands to dismiss the idea, as Ben powers down.

"They aren't talking about you Sta~" Ben pauses as Gwen and Max stare, "What?"

"Ben~"

"~You're a..."

She tosses her pony tail off her shoulder and looks down at her tented chest, "Why am I a girl again?"

Max moves to start scanning her, "Maybe if you power down from Starfire's form it effects your base form. We';ll have to wait for the watch to recharge to see if this is permanent or you'll go back to normal when you change again."

Ben grouses, "Just great!"

"I am the sorry again."

Ben is quick to dismiss Starfire's concerns, "Not your fault its this stupid watch and all it's little tricks."

Star lands, slumping forward, "First I am the weird and now this, I really am a terrible the friend."

"No yo misunderstand," Gwen injects, trying to diffuse things, glancing to Ben who nods.

"A while ago Ben was captured by Vilgax, he's an alien after the watch to do do evil alien conquest stuff, but the watch is bond to Ben. Vilgax didn't care and nearly ripped the flesh from Ben's arm trying to get it off before Grandpa Max arrived and saved him."

Ben rubs the area around the Omnitrix a moment, his usually bravado go as he trembles, "I wasn't really scared for myself, I just really didn't want that jerk to get the watch, but still," he give a caring look to Gwen and Max, "I am glad you saved me..." he paused voice growing soft, "G-Gwen, Grandpa Max...I know don't say it enough but I really am thankful for your support."

Gwen teases, "We should turn you into a girl more often Ben, that was surprisingly heartfelt."

Ben scowls, "Whatever, look can we go Grandpa, if I'm stuck as a girl again then this is the best time for the three of us to hit the town together, have some girl fun."

Gwen bubbles, "Ohhhh I still have that cute top and skirt from last time! Come on Ben let's get you changed!"

She scowls as Gwen takes her hand but doesn't resist, "I'm only doing this because you don't have a Kevin, a girl friend you can just hang out with and do girl stuff with."

Gwen glowers back, "Don't even joke about that, Kevin is nothing but trouble."

Ben sighs, "Yeah, I know." glancing back to Grandpa Max, "But it was nice for a while you know. Having someone who wasn't my annoying cousin to hang out with who was into the same things I'm into. Starfire won't be here forever and I bet she's also missing having a girl friend."

Starfire give a soft sigh, "I do miss Friend Raven, and even The Beast Boy and Cyborg. And my Robin most of all."

Ben sighs, "Wish I had a cool team of super heroes to hang out with."

"Instead of your annoying cousin?" Gwen grouses.

She grins devilishly, "You said it, not me!"

"Beeeeeeeeen!"
