How to Train your Catgirl

 "Tell me more about The Vilgax," Starfire fired off some bolts at lucky girl who was dodging them, though a few got close.

"He's an alien warlord who wants to take Ben's Omnitrix for himself so he can use the power to dominate the universe." Max explains as he fires a net at Gwen's blind side.

*Mrowl* "He can also trrrack Jen's Omnitrrrrix when she uses it. But not prrrresisly, which is why his rrrrobots always appearrr nearrrr wherrrre we arrre not rrright on top," Gwen's cat ears pop out on reflex, swivel to the sound as her feet shift into those of a beast to launch her into the air, heir tail forming and she somersaults though the air and lands on all fours. The 3 new features casually shrinking back into her normal appearance as she stands and raises a glowing hand, "Brrrrind!"

Shackles start to form on Max's hands forcing him to drop the gun but as he flexes his arm in resistance the spell fails and he bends over to retrieve his gun.

Diamondhead catches Gwen's foot in a mass of her crystals, "It's so annoying cause like we can't be him but also I can't just give up being a hero."

Starfire nods as Gwen summons her claws and chips at her trapped foot, "If we could get you off planet would he follow Sister Jen?"

"I'm not going to abandon my home!" Jen protests. As Gwen shifts her trap foot to beast form chipping at it from inside and out, Jen Counters by trapping all 3 limbs in crystals, Jen smirking, "That's game Cous. Unless you can cast magic with your tail or one foot."

Gwen growls ferally as she glares daggers at Jen, her cat eyes glowing pink as she let's out a low mewl.

Diamondhead starts to sink into the ground as if ensnared in quicksand until the spell fails with her feet up to the ankles now firmly buried in solid dirt.

"That's enough for now you two, Jen, release Gwen, Starfire help me pull Jen out."

Jen, to Gwen's surprise casually releases the gems and powers down, "Your still Gwen right?"

Growling and grousing she slips off her formerly trapped shoe to rub her foot, "T-that hurrrrt morrrre then I expected."

Jen looks horrified, "Oh shit? Really Gwen you know I wouldn't hurt you on purpose." she frantically starts to sin and prod the watch, "Come on you stupid thin there has to be an alien with healing powers!"

Gwen snaps at Jen, closing the distance to slap her hand away, "Ben no!" she takes a long breath, "Stop messing with that thing! We don't need anotherrr fusion confusion."

Jen looks back with haunted eyes, "Gwen I nearly lost you today, and it's not the first time, let alone by Villgax. The idea that I'd be the one who causes your next life or ends them all...I~"

Gwen purrs, licking Jen's face playfully, "Ben, it wasn't you. I thought I could free myself by shifting my foot but all I did was cramp it inside your crystals."

Jen relaxes noticeably, "Good...I don't want to loose you because of me."

Gwen purrs, as Jen softly pets her head, "Why did it have to take a deal with an ancient god and nearrrly dieing to an alien warrrlord forrr you to stop being a jerrrrrrk."

Jen huffs, "Look just cause I think your an annoying book worm girl who has no idea what real fun is doesn't mean I want to see you die. You and Max are still my family. And if push comes to shove id sacrifice myself before letting Villgax or some other bad guy hurt either of you."

"We would do the same Ben," Max says softly, "Don't just throw your life away. There is always a better solution then self sacrifice."

Gwen nods, pausing her purring and nuzzling Jen's head pats as she eyes the Omnitrix, "Rrright, he just wants the watch, you could prrrobably use that to negotiate something."

Jen stares at her watch and the still acting more catlike Gwen, "Still can get the itch out of your system?"

Gwen drops to a squat as Jen pulls away her hand, looking at her arms a moment, "Y-Yeah I feel this need bubbling underrr my skin, a desirrre to rrrun frrree."

Jen smiles, and spins the watch, "Then let's burn that out of your system so you can go back to reading your boring books~Wildmutt!"

As Jern transforms to her own beast form Gwen purrs shifting to her full beast form and the pair run off, racing each other at full tilt.
