BETRAYAL

CHAPTER 22

Today is the wedding ceremony of our Ravi and Arjun.
Finally, the day has come when these two souls will unite and become one. Today is when their love will be complete but will it be that easy will they be happy after this day? For that, you need to read and know.

WEDDING DAY
"Where are you all there is so much work to be done be quick. Don't take so much time in getting ready."
Mrs Rai scolded everyone.

All were running here and there doing different tasks.
Wedding tasks are never complete, no matter how early you start the preparation.

The bride and groom have started getting ready.
Their spa, facial, makeup clothes and hair all take time. And in the case of a bride trust me when I say this you have to start getting her ready even before the morning dawns.

All preparations were made, and it was time to start the ceremony, all the guests started coming and MR and Mrs Malhotra and MR and MRS Rai welcomed them. 

The wedding hall was decorated with real flowers and so many lights and candles and the complete hall was filled with scented candles, there were special spots for photography and videography.  

After an hour Arjun was already on the stage waiting for his bride.
Ravi came to the aisle under the flower sheet held by her father and 3 other men from her family. 

Arjun came down the stage bent on his knees forwarding his hand to Ravi, which she held gladly. 
The Varmala ceremony started and hooting went on. 
Arjun bowed 90 degrees to Ravi to let her put varmala in his neck. 
But when it was Arjun's turn Sanjay picked up Ravi and did not let Arjun put garland on Ravi's neck. 
 So he cleverly held Ravi's waist making her shocked, Sanjay had to drop her and Arjun held her back in his arms, and put the var mala in her neck. 
People hooted and applauded the couples now it was finally the time for pheras. 

Pandit Ji was reciting the mantras and asking them to make promises to each other. 

1st promise 
To always stay with each other no matter what the situation is.
 To always trust each other over anyone else.

2nd promise 
never to lie to each other.
Never hide anything from each other. 

3rd promise 
To always abide by each other, in death, life, happiness sadness sickness or wellness. 

4th promise
Always walk side by side and treat each other as equals.

5th promise 
Never take any decision alone, 
now all the decisions two people will take not one.

6th promise
To always listen to each other, and take permission from each other.

7th promise
Fulfill all the wishes of your partner. 

Ravi and Arjun made these promises to each other and now arjun ties the nupital chain around ravi's neck and put Sindhoor  on her forehead. 

Suku very cleverly took the shoes that Arjun was wearing and now it was her time to demand something, 
She demanded a sum of 1 lakh on which Sanjay laughed, Arjun quietly picked out money from his pocket and gave 1 lakh to suku. 
While Sanjay picked out 2 lakhs from his pocket and moved it in a circle around his sweet bhabhi
 (Ravi) and  handed it over to the waiter present there. 
clearly showing that his bhabhi is much more worth than any worldly thing.
On this action by Sanjay, Suku could not decide whether to be angry or happy. 

Now it's time for vidayi.

Though all were sad that their little princess is now leaving them.
 But there is a tint of happiness that now their princes will be somebody's queen. 
Ravi's mother was too overwhelmed with emotions and crying hysterically and same goes for Ravi. 
Arjun carefully picked up Ravi's lehnga while she was sitting inside the car and tried to console her saying sweet things in her ears. 
"Don't cry my jaan, you will take my jaan away like this.
Do you want me to be ghar Jamayi for you, I will happily do it, just tell my love. 
Order me like the queen you are. 
Do you want to go back, hun, want me to tell the driver to take a U-turn?
Okay let's make a deal, If you stop crying right now then tomorrow I will leave you at your home for pagferah and come back to take you at night. 
done deal?" 
Arjun asked trying to convince Ravi.
To Which Ravi cutely nodded while wiping her nose on Arjun's clothes on which that man cooed.
No doubt Arjun is completely whipped for our Ravi.  

Little did Arjun know that someone was following his car and keeping an eye on their every move. 

On reaching their home they were welcomed by MR AND MRS RAI and some relatives of Arjun.
