chapter thirteen

(Carolyns POV)

It's been a couple of days since iv talked to anyone my parents basically just left me they told me that same night that I attempted suicide that they are throwing there phones out and going to live in the sea on a boat so I'm basically all by myself.

I messed up my fucking life first off I told the guy I have had a crush on forever that he needs to forget about me I tried to drown myself and my parents left me.

I don't know what to do I'm going to head over to Lexi's house I need to talk to her.

I walked down cotys and alexus's driveway I didnt tell anyone I was coming hopefully coty won't be there that way I can just talk to lexi.

I knocked on the door and dylan opened it.

"Hey I didn't think you would be back for a while since you tried to well you know",he said.

"Yeah,um is lexi home?",I asked.

"No but-",he tried to finsh when all the sudden.

Coty yelled walked towards the door " who is at the door?".

When he saw me and I saw him we both froze.When he broke the silene.

"Carolyn we need to talk please don't go I need to tell you something that iv wanted to tell you since I saw you at the hospital",coty said pointing to the living room.

I followed him into the living room and we sat down.

"So what did you want to tell me ",I asked.

"Um well I wanted to tell you that I like you alot and when I told avery to lie to you it was becuase at the party this weekend I was going to ask you to be my girlfriend becuase I can't live a moment without you and these past couple days have been hell didn't eat intill a couple hours ago I want to spend the rest of my life with you but you left me you tried to kill yourself and if you did I would have probably shot myself to be with you becuase there isn't nobody else I want to be by my side but you",coty said.

"Coty!I-i don't know what to say",I said in tears.

"Then dont",he said kissing my cheek lightly.

"My awnser is yes",I said with a huge smile on my face.

"What?",he asked.

"I want to be your girlfriend",I said.

Cotys face lit up and huged me.

(Dylan's POV)

I'm going to see if averys okay becuase a couple nights ago he broke down crying and ran out and he won't talk to anyone.

"Avery",I said when I saw him fishing by the lake.

I walked closer his face was red and his eyes where all puffy.

"Are you okay?",I asked.

He turned around and all I saw was a fist and then I got knocked back and hit the ground.

"Go away you ruined my life you came between me and my world and now my whole life loves you",he said angry.

"Who the only person that loves me is lexi.",I said in defense.

"Exactly she was my whole fucking life dylan we where dating for 4 months till you came along",avery said.

"What I didn't know that yall where dating why didn't you tell me",I said.

"She didn't want to tell anyone",he said tearing up.

"I have to go do something",i said.

I was walking back to her house,I finally was walking up her drive way.Wait I stoped myself I should make her feel the same heartbreak she made avery feel I will date her for a couple weeks and then go break up with her.

"Dylan!",I hear lexi.

(Lexi's POV )

I saw dylan and yelled his name.

He just looked and me and smiled I love him so much I'm so lucky to have him.

"Hey "dylan said but he looked like something was wrong and his eye was black.

"What happned",I asked.

"Oh um I got into a fight for you",he said and walked closer to me.

"Really with who?",I asked.

"Um avery",he said.

Avery omg I couldn't move.

"Why did you fight him for me?",I asked feeling bad for dylan.

"He said that you and him used to be a thing and then he broke up with you for another girl and-",he said when I cut him off.

"What we where never a thing ew",I said lying but I don't want dylan to think that I left his bestfriend for another guy just like that.

"OK good well I just wanted to swing by and say hi well I got to go I'll see you later",he said waving bye and walking away.

I have a feeling that me and dylan are going to be alright.
