Chapter 3 - THATCH vs S-SWORD

- Thatch vs S-Sword -

"Man this place gives me the creeps."

Thatch said to himself as he walks past another tree that was broken in half, Well that wasn't the first one he saw. When he kept walking further he saw multiple trees destroyed, And even some dead animals. And the most interesting is that whenever he inspects them closer.

He could clearly see in some trees that were sliced in half and even dead big animals had some limbs sliced off, Too clean in fact. Like a perfect sliced with no trouble.

And in some trees too it almost looked like it a fire of sort destroyed it in half, Some had perfect circles that made the trees fall. Looking closer to the trees, Thatch could see some burnt marks on it too as if a beam of light went through it and fast.

Well that's, Definitely concerning. As much as he wants to find the "Monsters" they came here for, Thatch was begining to get himself get distracted as he was too interested in whatever had been destroying the forest. Cuz, He's pretty sure that half of the island is destroyed.

Well, This is a big island, But Thatch still bets that half of the forest is in smithereens, Because now that he looks around more in this part of the island it's all destroyed trees and killed/Dead animals.

He sees a light in the distance, Curious, Thatch run through the fallen trees and bushes and he blocked his eyes as the bright sun shines through his face, He blinked multiple times as he adjusted his eyes to the sun.

The area he was in now, Was a clear area, With the huge mountain in the center as Thatch looks around more, The trees we're surrounding the clear area in a circle as if it was enclosing this part, Huge boulders of rocks here and there and some destroyed. Than Thatch's eyes widen as he looks at the mountain more.

It wasn't because of how tall the mountain was, No he's seen taller mountains than that and the red line is the largest in the seas this mountain is small compared to it. No, It was the "Person" kneeling down on the ground with 3 sword's around their waist, But the most noticeable feature of them was that.

They had Black wings on their backs, And Flames coming behind them as well burning brightly. Thatch is pretty far away from the person so he squints his eyes a little as he sees that they had brown skin and White hair, They were wearing a White opened chess Kimono with a Dark Green sash around their waist.

Thatch unconsciously held the hilt of his swords as he sweat drops a little as he stares at them cautiously and making sure his guard is up.

He made sure to keep his Haki active ever since they docked here, He never felt any strong presence when they docked on the island the only presence he felt were only animals. So when he felt a strong presence in this direction. That's why he run to this area as he felt a strong presence, Though he couldn't believe it at all.

The very thing that's kneeling on the ground so guardedly is indeed a Lunarian, He thought that those species' were wiped out decades ago by the world government. At least, That's what he knows of. So seeing a living breathing Lunarian Infront of him, It's incredible.

Thatch halted from what he was doing, His body went stiff and on guard as he sweat drop a little. The Lunarian opened it's one eye, And looked at Thatch with a scanning eyes.

Thatch gulped as he sees the eye's of the Lunarian, The Description from rumours were just like they said! Wait, Has he been the person that's been attacking pirate ships that's been docking on this island?!
