New family member

Get a cat they say. It will be fun they say. It's not a pet, it's a family member. So Prapai decided to get one to Sky. He always sends him cat videos and cute picture about kittens. And Sky was visibly happy to get a kitten for his birthday. This tiny little creature is so good in hiding, finding things they lost several months ago, and chewing everything not suppose to be chewed. Have a kitten is like have a child. You have to look after them all the time. Sky named her Berry, because she is grey and looks like a blueberry when she curls up on the couch.

Prapai loves her a lot but he got angry with her the first time when he noticed the wounds she left on Sky's body. Her claws are sharp and Sky not really care of the scratch marks she leaves when they play.

"You shouldn't let her claw this strong Sky!" They are having a bath together and he spots another one on Sky's arm. He never fail to kiss them to heal faster though.

"They are nothing P'Pai, I can't even realise them when I play with her." Sky doesn't get why does Pai make such a big fuss about it. It's nothing serious. But he is still way to cute with his pouty puppy face so he kiss him and let him fuss about it a bit more. He knows it's just the way he show how much he care for Sky.

Weeks pass with less and less cat kinda incident when Sky got a phone call not long after he left the university to go home. Prapai called him from the hospital. He rush there worriedly even though Prapai said it's nothing serious he just can't go home alone.

"Mind to tell me what happened exactly?" This is the first thing Sky asks when he saw his love with his injured ankle.

"I just sprained it! Gets better in a blink of an eye. Until then I won't cause troubles, are you happy?" He is still joking what is a good thing, thought Sky.

"Come you big baby, let me take you home." Sky is happy for the first time that Prapai bought him a car for his last birthday. He was never a fan of fancy and way too expensive gifts. That's why he was glad that this year he got Berry instead.

Sky help him go into the house and sit on the couch by holding his arm. Berry, the grey cat immediately curled up on Prapai's lap and started purring.

"Look she try to makes you feel better. Such a cutie."

"Yes. Maybe." After Sky left them alone he continue. "Or maybe just regret something? Well little one can we have a serious conversation now?" Berry looked up like she would understand every single word the other said. "Good, you are listening! So I have a deal for you little lady. I won't tell your daddy that I injured myself because of you, if you stop scratching him! This is my deal! Say meow if you understand it." Prapai sprained his ankle because he didn't want to step on the cat and lost his balance.

"Meow!" Berry said and looks like she regret it a lot. She really never wanted to hurt any of her dads. She just likes to play with them.

None of them notice that Sky is standing by the door smiling and listening the whole time. It was like he's watching his husband and daughter try to get away with a prank they planned together. Ohh how much Sky loves to see them get on well.
