Ch 19 Island Incident : Trouble in Paradise

The sun hung low in the sky, casting a over glow over the deserted island as Scorpio made his way through the dense foliage. Suddenly, he came upon a figure standing by the edge of a crystal-clear pool, her long hair cascading down her back like a waterfall.

Pisces turned to face Scorpio, her eyes shimmering with an otherworldly allure. "Hello there," she purred, her voice like a siren's song.

Scorpio: ..... As cliché as this sounds.....who are you and what have you done with Pisces?

Pisces? : What ever do you mean pookie. I escaped my captors. I was waiting for you to come to me. I knew you will always find me.

She posed dramatically.

Scorpio: Seriously.....stop it. It's gettin cringey.

Scorpio's keen instincts had immediately told him something was amiss. The way Pisces moved, the subtle shift in her gaze – it was all wrong. He narrowed his eyes, his hand instinctively reaching for the hilt of his sword.

"You're not who you claim to be," Scorpio said coolly.

??? : Tsk....you're no fun. I am Siren Chameleon and I can turn into whoever you want me to be. So how about we have some fun.

Scorpio: But you're not real.

Siren: So what if I'm not. Reality is overrated. The enemy of all mages. You'll never get to do this in reality....but here..... (sedectuive whisper) stay with me Scorpio. I can make all your fantasies come true.

Scorpio: Yeah this is....eh....nice and all but I don't really care so could you just tell me where Pisces is?

Siren(mind): Huh? My charms aren't working. Am I loosing my touch? Impossible! He must be an aro or something.

Scorpio sends her flying with a kick.

Scorpio: I know Pisces...that's why I know I shouldn't hold back. Besides.... Pisces shark form does have a very punchable face.

Siren: Grrr.....how dare you! You'll pay for that!

Siren: While I wear someone else's form I retain all their memories and powers. I know Pisces is way stronger than you. You can't win.
