Nate gets into his car, Turns it on , And starts driving, as he's driving the radio starts acting weird he tries to mess with it and he hears "Not Safe", made up of static noises, Nate says out loud is this you how do i speak to you?. The radio starts to static again "Inner Voice", Nate replies in his head "Who are you?, Where did you Come from?" The radio static replies "Engine Failure... Badly injured" Nate replies are you okay? are you the light i've been seeing? The static replies "Yes i'm the light, I'm healing, My brothers getting parts to fix our ship", Nate says Where are you do you need help?, The static replies "We'll meet soon its not safe, I have to go well talk again soon" Nate says okay and when will i know? the static fades back into a radio station.
Nate continues driving back to the cabin, as Nate arrives Jeff is sitting on a log outside next to a campfire Nate drives in and parks the car, Nate gets out and Jeff says Did you get the part Nate says Its in the car, A nice day for a campfire isn't it Jeff says he's going to cook up some stew once the fire gets bigger Nate sits down with Jeff, Nate tells jeff i have something to show you take a look at this and hands Jeff the newspaper from the diner.
Jeff reads the headline and looks at Nate and says you think its them, Nate says thats not all when i went to the diner it was as if the day repeated i seen the same military officers walk into the diner and order the same thing then the television played the same news, Diana knows and hear this i was in the car on the way here and i spoke to someone or something the visions ive been having the aliens actually spoke to me, Jeff says like they were in the car with you? Nate says No the radio it started speaking to me they said they crashed and that they got injured and that they couldn't talk that it wasn't safe.
Jeffs says my goodness this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity can you hear them right now?. Nate says no they said they will meet us soon because its not safe. Jeff believes Nate and gets up smiling and walks back and forth saying so we randomly live in the middle of nowhere YOU MEET an alien and they want to meet with us am i correct. Nate says yes but i think we should take this slowly and think about it the town is surrounded by the Military and Police.
Jeff replies your right maybe i'm way over my head with this its just we don't come by this type of situation often Jeff then sits down while preparing the stew and says so the other night when we were using the radio do you think that was them?, Nate says yes that could've been them, Jeff says we need to get it working again maybe we can communicate with them, Nate says were supposed to be going to the bar tonight we can work on it when we get back Jeff says oh yea i just forgot Nate tells jeff i'm going inside to grab a coka cola you want one Jeff says please Nate walks towards the cabin and Jeff puts more firewood on the campfire, Nate comes back out and give Jeff a coka cola. The scene ends with a overview shot of the cabin and the trees with the lake and sunset in the background.
the scene starts with a downview of the trees and lake only its night time and Nate and Jeff are inside Diana is pulling up to the cabin She gets out and starts walking towards the door she knocks on the door and Jeff opens the door, Diana says are you guys ready and Jeff says Nate is in the shower, Diana walks into the cabin and sits on the couch, Nate walks out of his room drying his hair with a towel and Diana says we're waiting on you Nate says let me just put on a shirt.
Nate gets dressed and walks back out of his room, Nate says we all ready Diana and Jeff says ready when you are. They all walk towards the door and get in Nates car, they pull out of the driveway and start going down the road as you see them leave you can see flowers grow slowly out of the ground.
On their way they all have the same idea about talking about the aliens Diana says should we talk about what's been happening or should we save it for later Jeff says i just want to meet them, Nate says well they're injured and still recovering, we have to wait until they're good enough to talk, Jeff says your right, Diana says let's listen I some music and turns the radio on, "Music plays and they are all ready to get drunk". While Nate drives the Headlights of the car shine through the trees in front of him as he's driving
They finally arrive at the bar as there finding a parking space they all have a strange feeling about being near the place as if there is a strange energy in the surrounding area, Nate says anyone else feel like they're being watch Jeff and Diana both say yea we feel it, Jeff says i thought i was crazy, Diana says its the Aliens, Nate says well see what happens as they all get out of the car they walk inside and sit at a table a waitress walks up to them and they order a few beers and the waitress leaves, Jeff says what if aliens were watching us right now, like if they know were talking about them, Diana says stop they probably think were creeping on them.
Nate starts having a strange feeling of nausea and the waitress comes up to them and gives them their beers and says let me know if you need anything and walks away the three cheer and Jeff whispers "to aliens", Diana and Nate say to Aliens, a 2 hours go by of drinking beer and shots and Nate tells them hes going to use the bathroom as he walks to the bathroom his vision doubles, as he walks into the bathroom and looks in the mirror all of a sudden, the lights flicker and the light goes out, he has another vision of being in the woods, and the dimming light catches his attention.
he walks towards the dimming light trees covered in slime the alien voice says you've been drinking with your friends, Nate says yes we had some beers, The Aliens say i think its time for us to meet as Nate is walking through the woods Nate says how do i find you, The Aliens say you'll know follow the trail, Nate sees the dimmings lights door open followed by mist he barely catches a glimpse of the alien when Jeff knocks on the bathroom door, Nate washes his face and walks out, Diana says you've been in there for 20 mins you okay, Jeff says do you want me to drive, Nate says yes and the three exit the bar.
The scene ends with the three getting into the car.
