"wedding sirens"
Third Person POV"Okay today is my wedding day and you've been pacing around more than me." Nathan teased watching Amdrew retracing his steps in front of the white house. "Is this about Rachel?"
That question made him stop and face the groom, "Nope, just nervous about my speech that's all."
Nate gave him an unamused face, "She was waiting outside your house this morning and you didn't even spare her a glance. Like it or not, whatever is going on between you and her is playing in your head." No reaction was shown from Stone as he took in the words.
The possibility of Andrew not thinking of the bombshell he heard the previous night was very slim, but he held hope. Hope that he would wake up and be squarely focused on Nathan and Haley's wedding. That any pressure and anxiety he had today would just be about the reception, nothing else. Of course, for him, that was not the case. The wedding preparation was going smoothly and it seemed like there was not enough stress to fall on him causing the boy's mind to revert to his broken relationship.
"Don't know what went down because you have refused to even bring up her name." Now it was Andrew's turn to give his friend a dour expression. "But, you're going have to face her sooner rather than later so please don't let that ruin this day."
"Nate, I wouldn't pull something off at any public event and I especially won't start now."
"I know, but can you say the same about her?" Nathan glanced behind Andrew before he looked back to his best man and walked away. Leading Andrew to follow where that glance was directed. Which was a girl in a green dress who happened to be Rachel. When their eyes met, Rachel put on a smile, hoping for the slightest positive response from him. However, that was hope and the reality she received was a brief cold glare before someone approached him.
Her eyes lingered on him like they were going to connect with his once again. Yet, that was not the case.
"Hey, Rachel, you look almost as hot as me." Brooke grinned causing the redhead's gaze to waver before she looked to the cheer captain.
"Sounds like something I would say." Trying to change her focus to Brooke with one last look back toward Andrew. The surprising duo started to walk toward the ceremony area until Peyton came across their sight. "Hey, Peyton!" The girl smiled at the blonde.
Making Peyton mutter, "Hi." back to Rachel until the brunette spoke.
"Hmm, how bout we go find you a good seat, friend." Hooking her arm with the girl next to her as she gave a fake smile to the one in front before stepping away.

The artist began to play the song while Nathan took his spot in the center as Andrew did the same, behind Nate and a step lower. While the groom's uncle stood on the ground, leaving space in between for Lucas.
