Meet the Family

Emma stands there shocked, "M-mom? izzy?" She stutters. Jenna soon coming over to check on her.
    "Ems whats taking so lon- oh hi? who are you?" Jenna asks as she walks over to the door, putting her hand out for a handshake.
    "Oh dear, we are emmas mother and sister. we had gone to her apartment but your cast friend people said you are always at jennas." Her mom replies. jenna and emma giving eachother a look.
    "Come in! my family is visiting right now, i suppose the whole casts families are visiting this week?" Jenna offers.
    "From what im aware of yes, burton sent us all messages saying to come visit. not exactly sure why." Her mom replies. Emma goes to the kitchen to get a glass of water as jenna and emmas family chit chat. Jenna walks in to check on Emma.
    "Babe? whats wrong?" Jenna asks.
    "nothing, just wasnt expecting to meet my girlfriends family and have her meet mine. I get we have the week off and stuff but id much rather spend it with you." Emma replies.
    "We can still spend it together, how about i message the groupchat and see if the cast wants to do a big get together at set tomorrow?" Jenna bargains. Trying to make Emma less stressed.
     "That would be good baby, thank you." Emma replies, giving jenna a kiss before sneaking away back to the living room. Jenna stands frozen; smiling.
