What If I Was Gay? (Jonnor)

3. Morning

*Connor's POV*
Last night was crazy. I found out that my closest friend likes me. I didn't know if I was gay or not. But I did know I didn't want to hurt Jude.
I woke up the next morning Jude next to me, our hands linked together. I questioned it. What happened? But I didn't pull away. I kinda liked the way my hand felt in his. I turn and looked at Jude. His face looked so relaxed as he sleeps. I tried to get up without wakening him up but that didn't work.
"Hey" he said in a tried voice.
"Hi"
"Are you still mad about last night?"
"No"
"Good"
I laid back in the bed with Jude and we just talked about school and Taylor and Maddie but he seemed to look upset when Maddie was brought up.
"Are you going to act sad every time I talk about Maddie?"
"I'm not upset, I'm just.......upset"
"Why"
"Because Connor, I like you a lot and I just get upset when I see you love on her."
I looked at him feeling upset. Like I said I didn't want to hurt him. I'm not going to lie I didn't really like Maddie. But like I said I didn't know I was gay.
"I'm sorry" I said
" it's ok"
" but you know what would make you feel better!"
"What?"
I pushed him off the bed and started fighting with him. Me and him when rolling around together until we stopped when I had him pinned down. We were both laughing. I was looking at his face and I started to feel my face getting closer to His. I felt my lips touch his. His lips were sweet and smooth. I liked it but then I pulled away thinking about my dad and Maddie I got up and ran down stairs leaving Jude upstairs. I ran down stairs and saw Stef and Lena sitting at the table.
"Hi Connor" Lena said
"Hi, um do you mind taking me home I need to get ready for school"
"Yeah of course get in the car I will be in the car."
I turned to head to the front door when I saw Jude at the top of the stairs and tear running down his face. I mouthed to him "I'm sorry" and left.
