Third POV

flashback

Y/n pulled away from Alastor to look him in the eye. The Radio Demon smirked at her flushed and embarrassed face as she struggled to find words.

With each stutter the woman's face grew a darker shade of red as her eyes darted around the room, attempting to look anywhere but him in hopes she wouldn't pass out.

Her gaze landed on Snow who, in turn, cocked her head to the side, confused as to why her owner was acting so strangely. The wolf slightly nudged her brother who also looked toward their surrogate mother.

Then the two wolves shared a look and directed their gaze to the deer man who was currently in bed with their mother, his head resting on his right hand as the left stroked y/n's side through the blanket gently.

Y/n finally composed herself and looked back to the man. "We-well," she stuttered, the red now spreading to her ears and down her neck, "I guess. I-I wouldn't be o-op-opposed to th-that."

Alastor's permanent smile grew wider in satisfaction. He pulled her closer to him and nuzzled his head against hers.

"It wasn't a choice My Fawn" he whispered before pulling away as he sat up. Y/n's mismatched eyes widened as she sat up as well 'Yeah, I figured' she thought, leaning against him and resting a hand on his arm.

Alastor hooked his arm around her shoulders and leaned back against the headboard. "So, my dear. What shall we do" he asked.

Y/n thought for a moment. "We could read together. Or go back to sleep" she suggested. 'To be honest, I would much prefer the second one. Anything to help get me out of this awkward situation' she sighed internally.

Alastor seemed to know what she was thinking because he immediately refuted that, determined to keep her awake and aware of his feelings towards her.

As well as her feelings for him.

"Reading sounds nice My Fawn" he smiled, using his shadow to grab a book from the shelf. And so, that's what the two overlords did for the whole day.

Simply reading in each other's company and embrace. They were doing that until they were put in their current situation.

end of flashback

Angel stood, grabbing Alastor by his collar with a sneer on his face. "The hell were you doin ta her, huh?" y/n was between the spider and deer trying to push them away from each other and explain what was going on.

A little info. So, Angel had walked in while the two were reading, looking for y/n to ask where she had gone the night before, and why.

But Alastor had been trying to kiss y/n as the spider entered. Angel, afraid The Radio Demon was attempting to take advantage of her, had rushed in and punched him, effectively knocking him out of the bed as y/n sat looking at the two with wide eyes.

Ok, back to current events. Y/n was freaking out and trying to explain. "Angel. Calm down. It isn't what you think. It's mutual" she blurted, shaking as she tried to push the two away from each other.

Angel stopped and looked down at her, as did Alastor. "Really Patchwork?" Y/n sighed, stepping away from them now that they were calmed down.

"Yes," she deadpanned, hands on her hips. Alastor snaked an arm around her waist, giving Angel a forced smile.

"You heard her. It's mutual. So, leave. Now" he threatened. He turned his head to the side as his eye turned to dials.

Y/n forced her way out of his arms in order to push Angel out of the room. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions" the spider apologized.

Y/n smiled and laughed slightly "Don't worry about it. See you later." She closed the door and turned back to Alastor. He smirked and embraced her, resting his head on hers.

 "Now. Where were we?"
