Fredrick: "Gertrude!" the king called "What is my son wearing?" he said peering over at his son in a suit like dress

Edmund: "It's Not like it's a dress." he said pulling at the frills on his short sleeve suit-shirt and tight pants "Gertrude? I think you made the pants too tight."

Gertrude: "Well, It's no dress, young prince but it's a little feminine." He snickers "Oh? I did?"

Fredrick: "Feminine!?" sounding a little weirded out by the concept

Edmund: "Feminine??!!!" Sounding panicked and not very much liking the concept

Gertrude: "only in the slightest. Plus I can tailor the-"

Edmund falls to his knees all pride sucked out of him "I-I... L-look... F-feminine."

Gertrude: "like I said, in the slightest..."

Fredrick: "uh..Son? I mean, we didn't mean for you to think, that you look feminine..." then he mutters "you kinda look feminine, my son..."

What Gertrude and Fredrick didn't know, is that, Edmund, who was acting like he hated being feminine, but he actually likes to look feminine.

Gertrude: "Well, young prince, if you hate looking like that that much, then why don't you change?"

Edmund: "Um...I won't change then..."

Edmund moves from stage left to stage right to stand beside Gertrude instead of his father

Edmund gets up on his tippy toes to whisper something into Gertrude's ear

Edmund: "I actually like the outfit, but can we do makeup too?"

Gertrude: "Sure, young prince."

Frederick: "Can I be included into this conversation or?"

Edmund and Gertrude stand up straighter and they face the king then mutter "nothing"

Fredrick lifts his eyebrow, causing Edmund and Gertrude to scurry off the stage

Fredrick then sighs and exits stage right.
