Silas smiles and steps forward. He takes my hand and kisses it. "It will be a pleasure to be by your side as your husband." He looks up with those blue eyes. I feel myself smile and nod. "I look forward to it as well, Duke Bane."

Internally I'm still traumatized by the last route. Will they all be like that? Will I be locked away and treated like a toy all the time?

The world starts to change as time flies. I guess everything is mostly the same from getting ready for the wedding and all. I'm in a different dress this time though. It's a white lace dress with light blue gems around my waist. It's more modest covering more skin even if it's covered in see-through lace. My veil is also different but just more lace. I guess this is what Silas wanted to see: an innocent and sweet bride in a simple outfit.

When I open the door, there he is. Seeing him again makes me think of his sorrowful look. Of him holding me close as I die, a rebel who only wanted to save me. Like last time, he dips his head dropping down to one knee. "Greetings, Your Highness. I'm honored that you've chosen me to escort and hand you off to your soon-to-be husband." He takes my hand and kisses my knuckles.

"... Nix..." I find myself whispering to myself. My hand trembles in his hand. "... You may stand and look at me, sir Phoenix. It's an honor to have a good friend escort me down the aisle. There's no one I trust more than you." I'm still shaking even if my voice remains steady. This catches me off guard as I've never gotten this dialogue before.

When Phoenix looks up, he lets go of my hand as he stands up. He places a hand on my cheek and looks into my eyes. "... Are you alright, Anna?" He whispers. He rubs my cheek gently his hand feeling cool over my burning skin. "... Whatever happens, I'll always protect you. As long as you allow me to stay by your side... I'll do anything for you."

His voice is so sweet. My hand moves over his as I lean into it. "... Thank you, Phoenix... I guess we should go... right?" I smile weakly. He watches me closely before taking his hand away. "Yes, Your Highness." He says and we're off.

What was that exchange? Why did it change? I wish I could read Anna's thoughts! Like before he escorts me down the aisle and hands me off. Unlike Tristian, Silas doesn't look smug and just smiles warmly at me. He does seem different so I start to calm down. Maybe this time will be different after all?

At the reception, I once again chose to have my first dance with Phoenix. We match each other so well once again and I hear whispers. When it is over, Phoenix bows and kisses my knuckles again before going to his post to watch over me.

Silas doesn't approach me as he's talking to some officials but a woman does. She's pretty with wavy dark red hair and dark blue eyes. "Greetings, my queen." She curtsies and smiles. "My name is Angelica Steward. It's a pleasure to meet your acquaintance."

I tilt my head curiously. She's a new NPC I've never seen before. Her dress is flashy yet elegant. "Greetings, Lady Steward. The pleasure is all mine. You may lift your head." I say with a smile. "Are you enjoying the party?"

Angelica lifts her head and smiles putting a fan over her face. "Oh yes... it's a joyous occasion for sure. I'm sure you're very happy to have such a handsome young man as your husband." She pauses for a moment. "I do have a question though. What will you do with that one?"

She makes a motion with her fan. Puzzled I follow her gaze and meet Phoenix's eyes. "What do you mean, lady? He's my guard. He will remain by my side." I say my tone confused.

Angelica raises an eyebrow. "Oh? Just your guard? With the way you two danced and looked at each other, I assumed he was something more to you than that. You two match each other very well." Her eyes move over Phoenix. "And he's very handsome too. I wonder... how well he'd be if..."

I start to feel uncomfortable. She's looking at Phoenix like he's just a piece of delicious meat. Sure I find myself wanting to drool but to this degree? I think I've grown up a little more now.

"He's only a guard. He stays by my side and protects me. He doesn't have time for... those sorts of nightly pleasures." I mutter. Angelica giggles and closes her fan. "Don't worry. I won't take him away. Your secret is safe with me." She winks and turns away.

"There is no secret. Nothing is going on between us." I say but she's already watching away her hips swaying. Why is her dress... so suggestive? I frown as I start to wonder if she's someone who gets paid for those sorts of pleasures...

I'm taken out of my thoughts by a hand on my shoulder and spin around. "Oh! I apologize, dear." Silas flashes a charming grin and offers me a hand. "May I have this dance?" My heart starts to calm and I nod taking his hand. "Of course." With that, we dance for the first of the night until the reception is called to an end.

~The Wedding Night~

As I sit in a familiar room in a familiar nightgown, I get flushed by drinking some wine. Will this end up just like with Tristian? Will he be disgusted by my gender?

I hear a knock on the door and look up. "It's me, dear." I hear Silas say. I place my wine glass down and walk over to the door. When I open it, I'm greeted by a smiling Silas. He doesn't seem as eager and aggressive as Tristian... but I can't let my guard down.

"Come on in," I say and walk back over to the bed. I pour him a glass of wine and offer it to him. "Thank you. You look beautiful, my queen." He says and looks me over. "Are you ready? I won't force you if you're not."

I start to feel calmer. He does seem to care... "Y-yes but... I have to tell you something first." I say timidly and look down. When Silas cocks his head to the side, I swallow again. "I'm not... fully a woman if that makes sense." I look up and see his puzzled face. "I'm... both genders. I have what a woman has... but also what a man has." I look down again.

"Oh?" Silas only hums softly. "That doesn't matter to me." He murmurs his voice still calm and charming. My body relaxes. "And... please don't... take me from behind. You don't have to touch it... if you find it gross. I can still bear children... I go through heats normally." As a fairy, women don't have periods, but a heat cycle instead.

Silas smiles and places a hand on my cheek. It doesn't feel nice and cool like Phoenix's, but it isn't too bad. "It's ok... thank you for telling me beforehand. I hate surprises, but I'm sure most men do." He kisses my cheek. "Can you lay back?"

I find myself blushing but I nod. I lay back and Silas moves to hover over me. He leans down and kisses me moving his hands under my nightgown. He pauses when he feels my flat chest but moves down and kisses my neck.

I blush more and he continues to kiss down my body. Soon I'm naked my body shivering as he spreads my legs. He ignores my member completely and focuses on my slit. "Hmm... you're already getting excited." He uses two fingers to spread me apart making me whimper.

His touch is sweet and slow. He rubs me with two fingers enough to wet them with my juices but it makes me gasp and moan. He takes off his clothes and hovers over me. "Just relax..." he whispers and kisses me as he rubs his member against me. I whimper feeling needy and he chuckles. "So cute..."

With that, he pushes deep inside of me. I let out a gasp and arch my back. He watches me curiously before kissing me and thrusting into me. He's already going fast and hard and at first, it aches, but then it starts to bloom pleasure deep in my stomach.

I hold onto him and cry out as he pleasures us both. Having never had any sort of pleasurable sex in my previous life, this is something new. Even so, it feels a bit... off like it always did with Tristian. As I dig my nails into his back and cry out as I reach my climax. After several more thrusts, he releases inside of me and groans out. "... gie..."

He pants and then rolls off of me. I pant and close my eyes letting my legs fall into the bed. He lays next to me but I can't help but think of what he said. Was he saying a name? No... that would be strange. Maybe he came up with a pet name for me already? As I doze off, I let go of my thoughts. This time does seem to be better... so I cling to that idea.
