"Rubens been feeling down lately and I don't know why." Roman tells me as I tie the balloon and throw it on the ground.

"I mean you haven't been able to spend much time with him seeing that you've been occupied with the twins arrival being next month."

"You've been super busy, plus the other kids are teasing him."

"Teasing him? Why?"

"I don't know, I caught them teasing him for snitching. Of course I put them all on timeout for it."

"And with his birthday today, He's barely got time with you today because you've been out planning it." He sighed and sat back on the chair.

"I haven't noticed, He probably thinks I've forgotten about him."

"You'll make it up all today with the party you planned." I went to bend down so I could kiss him but I felt pain in my stomach making me grab it.

"Ou." I groaned and closed my eyes, "Something wrong with the babies?" I shake my head no, "These little fuckers are kicking me."

"Hey don't call them that." Roman kissed my stomach making me roll my eyes, "You know they kick harder when you do that."

He chuckled and stood up, "Sorry babe."

"I'm gonna blow the rest of these balloons up, Could you get me some juice?" He nods and kisses my cheek.

I sit down in the chair and blow the balloons up, I felt pain in my stomach again but I ignored it and continued.

"Hey Kat?" I turned my head and look to see Valeria, "Yes?" I close my eyes and hold my stomach.

"Can I my friends come over?"

"Today's all about Ruben, Tomorrow you and your friends can have a sleepover for this weekend."

"Okay i'll tell them, thanks."

"No problem sweetie." Roman came in with my juice making me smile, "Thanks babe."

"You okay?" I look up at him, "Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"

"You look tired, If this is too much I'll do it."

"No it's fine." I crossed my legs and sipped on the juice, "Okay, I'm gonna make sure everything is set."
