"Mark... Prom..." Gemini sobbed. "Ohoo Gemini, it's okay, he'll be back," Mark reassured, patting Gemini's hair as he glanced at Prom. "Hey! Why are you crying? You two aren't even together!" Prom's disappointment was evident. "WHO WOULDN'T CRY!? I WON'T GET TO SEE HIM FOR A MONTH," Gemini whined.
"Ohooo, Gemini stop crying, you're scaring the customers," Gemini's mom interjected while cleaning a table. "MAE!!!?!??" Gemini shouted in response. "Oh, whose child is this? He keeps crying," his mom remarked. "Mae, don't tease me!" Gemini protested. "Aunt, are you sure he's your son?" Prom joked, to which Gemini's mom laughed.
"Mae! You three are teasing me!" Gemini sniffled. "What's the point of crying? His sister is more important than you, Gemini," Mark pointed out. "Do something!" Gemini demanded. "WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!?" Prom yelled in frustration.
"Gemini, stop crying and help me serve tables, come on," Gemini's mom instructed. "I'm sobbing here and you're still teasing me!" Gemini went to his mom, "Stop crying now jumini" His mom pinched his cheeks.
Several weeks later, Fourth traveled to New York with his younger sister. They spent a month together while Gemini helped his mom at their shop, feeling bored and sleepy.
"Oi! Gemini, wake up. Come help me!" Gemini's mother called out. "Mom, I'm exhausted," Gemini complained. "Are you thinking about that handsome Fourth again?" she teased. "No," Gemini replied with a yawn. "You told me you two were just friends," she chuckled. "Mae, stop teasing me," Gemini said firmly.
"Do you have a crush on him?" she asked. "No," Gemini mumbled, resting his head on the table. "You can tell me, Jumini. If you do, I'll be happy for you," she said with a smile. "I've had a crush on him for two years now. I even chose the same major as him so I could talk to him," Gemini admitted. "Don't let love blind you, Jumini. Your dad would be proud of you," she reassured him. "I miss dad," Gemini said, looking at his mom.
"Everyone misses your dad," she replied. "Are you worried I like a boy?" Gemini asked. "Why would I be worried? I love you no matter what," she said lovingly. "You're my only son, Jumini. I don't care if you like girls or boys. I'm happy and I love the way you are" She smiled, hugging Gemini. "I'm so lucky you're my mom" Gemini hugged her back.
Gemini's mom chuckled as she said, "You're making me cry." Gemini assisted his mom in running their shop, while Fourth was in New York spending time with his younger sister. Despite being just friends, Fourth did not bother to message or call Gemini.
Gemini eagerly waited for Fourth to reach out, hoping that Fourth would show some concern. Unfortunately, Fourth never made the effort to call.
"Why would he even bother calling you, you're just his junior, an annoying junior," Prom laughed, "You shit." Gemini smacked Prom's head. "Hey, stop fighting. Fourth is busy with his sister," Mark said. "Thanks, Mark, you're making me even more sad!" Gemini hit Mark's head.
"Why don't you call him yourself?" Gemini's mom suggested. "Mom, I can't. I told him I wouldn't bother him while he's away," Gemini replied. "Well, that was dumb of you to say," she chuckled. "Mom, whose side are you on, mine or theirs?" Gemini asked. "I'm on your side, of course," she laughed.
"Aunt, can we have some food?" Mark shouted. "Stop making my mom cook for you two, you shit heads," Gemini said as he hit both Mark and Prom on the head. "Ouch! Mom, Gemini is hitting us!" Prom yelled. "Stop shouting!" Gemini shouted back. "You three are so loud," Gemini's mom interjected.
"Sorry, Mom," Mark and Prom apologized.
Meanwhile...
"Hey, Fourth, give me your card," Love said. Fourth handed over his card. "What's the pin?" Love asked. "My birthday," Fourth replied, engrossed in his phone. "Fourth, it's not working," Love noted. "Let me try," Fourth entered the pin and it was accepted.
