2 months later

The call was continuously ringing making Sidharth irritated. He was sleeping shirtless on his stomach at 12 p.m. . The obvious reason is he was working in his office till 3 am and came  home at 5. Ofcourse he went on a drive in the morning to get fresh air.

He took out the phone from the phonestand and answered it with closed eyes.

"Hello" , he said . His voice raspy and heavy

"Aap abhi tak so rahe ho....Uth jao ab" , she mewed from the other side

"Abhi to soya tha 5 baje" , he said as he turned and tossed on the bed while adjusting his eyes to the sunlight peeping through the window

"Han to chalo ab uth jao. Remember we have planned a lunch date with Di and Jiju. " , she spoke huffing from the other side

"Ye konsi lunch date hai jisme chaar log jaa rahe hain" , he smiled in his sleep as he tried to tease her. The only time he smiles is when he is with her. He loves to tease her from the starting and will never be bored of it

"Aapko kuch nahi pata.. jaldi jaldi utho. Kyuki I want you to reach on time. You just have an hour...Come safely.. Byee" , she hung up on him. Only she has the courage to do that. To make him smile, to make him do her work , To show him her nakhras. And still he is loving to have her.

Presence of our loved ones often makes a person smile without any reason

Getting up grumpily he went inside washroom to brush his teeth. As he was brushing his teeth , his attention went to his engagement ring which made him smile automatically.

Its been 2 months since they got engaged. And only 4 month were left when he will have her beside him. The more he is happy about this fact is , the more he is nervous as he is a busy person. He rarely has any time to spend with his family. And if by chance , he spends sometime in any other work , he has to work extra in order to compensate.

Also he is having an upcoming business trip just after his marriage and he really don't know how to tell this to his family. As he knows , firstly they will scold him a lot. And then his overdramatic fiance who never leaves a chance to mock him. She will taunt him forever for this. Plus she will be his responsibility , how can he leave her alone for a week.

The only solution he thinks is shortening his trip to 3-5 days. He can do only this otherwise cancelling it will have a big impact on his work , which he didn't wanted.

Getting ready in a white button up shirt and a black trousers. He rolled his sleeves and opened the two buttons of his shirt. Taking his car keys and wallet , he called his brother to ask for the location.

Reaching to a quite fancy restaurant he parked the car and came out. As he entered it , he knew his brother has decided this location as his girl never liked these kind of restaurants.She was always a typical Punjabi who loved to eat Parathas in a desi dhaba.
Well he did enjoyed it instead of those fancy dinners with his clients

The manager came to him and wished him professionally. He led him to their table. Where Shourya and Pratiksha were sitting on other side and Shehnaaz on the other side. Pratiksha was talking on a call and Shehnaaz and Shourya seemed to gossip about something and murmuring something to each other.

He cleared throat gaining attention of them. Pratiksha gave him a smile while Shehnaaz sat back nicely giving him smile too and then her attention shifted to her phone

"Kab aaya office se tu", Shourya asked sipping on his drink.
The waiter came to ask Sidharth about his drink to which he just had water

"3 baje nikla tha... Thoda drive pe chala gaya tha.. sunrise dekhne..to 5 baj gaye they " , He told as he sipped on his water while Shourya nodded his head
