"Here's the thing,
We started as friends,
It was cool but it was
all pretend....."
And upon hearing the song, I stood frozen.
That voice.....the voice I have been longing for. The voice I loved to hear....
It was her.

"Crap," I cursed.
Her voice is still lovely as always.
But then....the song kind of hit me.
It was obvious that it was about me.

"Ok, so you just heard Kathryn Bernardo's Since You've Been Gone. Catch her live here in New York on Saturday."
Wait.......NEW YORK?! LIVE?! SATURDAY?!
I have to watch.
I suddenly called my friend, Seth Gothico.
"Yow Deeeeej!! Suuup my men!!"
"Pare!! Favor?"
"Sure."
"Do you have tickets for Kath's concert?"
I heard Seth curse aloud.
"Uhm.....Uhhh..."
"Well?"
"Kath's gonna hate me for this but...I love you so yeah, I've got backstage passes."
"Brilliant!"
"But DJ, whatever happens that night, please promise me you won't do anything stupid?"
"Of course. Well, how will I get the ticket?"
"Where are you anyway man?"
"Uhm, Tipton Hotel." (A/N: I have no knowledge on Hotels so sorry and DJ is on vacation in New York)
"Oh. I'll just get my butler bring it there. Text me your address."
"Ok Sed!! Thanks pare!! I owe you one!"
"You owe me a lot!! PIZZAAAA!! Hahaha. Just kidding. Ok bye!!"
*call ended*
See you on Saturday, Kath.
Third Person:
*after a few minutes*
*ding dong*
He opened the door immediately.
"Sir Daniel?"
"That's me."
"Master Sed wanted to give this to you." Then he handed an envelope.
DJ chuckled at 'Master Sed'.
"Anything funny?"
"Oh nothing. You may go now, thank you!"
He closed the door once the butler was out of sight.
He opened the envelope and couldn't help but smile.
"We'll meet again, Kathryn Bernardo."
Since he was bored, he decided to walk around New York.
He grabbed his things then left.
While he was walking around, he saw a couple in the parking lot.
He found the girl quite interesting so he went to have a closer look.
When he saw the face of the girl...his jaw dropped.
He could tell she was shocked as well.
He couldn't believe that they were in the same place at the same time. But what made him really shocked was how she acted with the lad. How they were all sweet and stuff. His jaw clenched and his fist closed.
DJ's POV
Kath, you love someone else now?
I'm sorry Kath but I'm never giving up.
Get ready for Saturday, Kathryn Chandria Manuel Bernardo.
Kathryn's POV:
Well well well.
Here I am, writing a song.
"Gaaaah!!" I screamed while putting my pillow unto my face.
I have writer's block. This is not good.
Suddenly, I remembered about my encounter with him yesterday.
So I decided to write a song about it.
