Hello everyone! It's byayounglady here!
Before I'll start this story (which it was the FIRST story I made in this account), I would like to say thank you for motivating me to write once again. I was in a middle of longtime hiatus due to reasons such as college life and sadly, I have a writer's block that leads to my decision to delete my another wattpad account recently.
Yet, I was motivated to write a new story due to the trend of this genre: rejected love. Yeah, this genre was kinda painful but it gives me an interest to write a story about rejected love and how it impacts to the person who rejected someone's love.
The story has already been planned way back 2017, which I was inspired to write about a boy rejecting a girl's love with selfish reasons. This was actually inspired from my experience of being rejected by the person I loved because of possible reasons: he might not accept my flaws or I might be the cause of embarrassment in front of his friends. What happened to this person nowadays is that he is in a relationship with someone who is almost perfect than me, she came from a rich family, and she was consistently a President's Lister, which made me feel insecure.
Because of that rejection from that person, it leads me to have a writer's block and feeling unmotivated to write anymore. While I'm in a middle of writer's block, I was able to recover heartbreak from the past such as losing body weight, learn to wear makeup, and take care of myself. I was also able to feel that I am beautiful despite of the flaws I had. With that, my friends were surprised to see the changes in me and they told me that I was radiantly blooming.
Now, I am soon-to-be graduated by next month, I think it's time to write the story that I've been dreaming to write.
My advice to those girls who are rejected by their crushes (present or past): please don't look yourself down. You're beautiful and one day, you'll meet someone who's better than your rejectful crushes and who will accept your flaws.
