A/N: I'm sorry about the late post! I haven't been able to write the way I want since not only is my work life so hectic but my personal life has been crazy, so I decided to take my one day off to write a quick chapter for you guys. I'm trying to find a new schedule where I will have time to write more since it's really therapeutic for me.

"Morning everyone." I greeted, walking past the dining room and straight into the kitchen to grab a protein bar. I'm in no particular rush this morning, but I do have a tour to give later in the morning and I really would like to prepare for it.

"Morning, Christina." I heard my father say from the breakfast table, I stared ahead with wide eyes for a moment. He is not supposed to be home, why is he home? "Come join us for breakfast.

I quickly packed as many protein bars in my bag as possible then walked to the living room. I kissed my teeth "Sorry, I can't."

"It wasn't a suggestion, it was an order." I groaned, walking to the only available seat which was in the middle of him and Serena. "As I was telling everyone, my last round of meetings wrapped up earlier than expected."

"Rushing home to the family, wow who would've thought." I said, pouring myself some orange juice.

"How long is this layover?" Chuck asked

"Didn't Lily tell you?" I'm here for the long haul." Dad placed a plain croissant on my plate.

I grimaced pushing the plate away from me "Took you seventeen years." He glared at me silently giving me a warning.

"Anyways, he's just in time for our housewarming party tomorrow night." Lily said changing the subject.

Eric cleared his throat "Uh, I've been meaning to ask you." He started "Uh, can we bring friends?"

"Of course dear."

"Oh, um, did you get the little suit that I laid out for you, Serena?" Lily asked, Serena glanced at her mother.

"That was for me?" She asked, "I thought the housekeepers got new uniforms."

Lily let out a breathless laugh "Yeah, it's conservative, yes, but classic. Bart brought it from Paris, it had its own seat on his place."

"Bart bought me a suit?"

Eric held up his wrist, showing off a beautiful rolex "New watch."

"Cash, direct deposit into one of my offshore accounts." Chuck boasts, so everyone got presents besides me.

"Uh not to be one of those girls, but what did I get?" I asked, turning my head towards my father.

"You received a direct deposit, and cleats that are already in your practice bag." Dad informed, cool at least it wasn't a terrible book this time.

"Now that we are all here, Lily and I have something we want to discuss." He started "As tomorrow's party marks our debut as a family, we've been talking about what that actually means."

"Less money for us when you die?" Chuck and I asked in unison, we glanced at each other then looked away.

"We were thinking more along the lines of some guidelines."
