I pulled my Computer out from the drawer and went on Tinder and made an account

Baseball: Are you actually doing this

Nickel: Yea I guess

I started clicking through people and I stopped on a boy who was a little bit chubbier but he was cute he had Red hair and freckles

Nickel: He's cute

Baseball: Really

Nickel: Yea

Baseball: I don't know swipe right

It said it was a match

Nickel: YES

Baseball: Well message him

Nickel: I am jeez

Baseball: Good

Nickel: Hey

Two Weeks Later

I had been talking to Balloon for about two weeks now and he's really nice so I'm going to propose we go on a date

Nickel: Hey are you awake still

Balloon: Yea

Nickel: Hey can I ask something

Balloon: Yea what is it

Nickel: Do you want to meet up

Balloon: Of course where

Nickel: Uh maybe Idk do you have any ideas

Balloon: No not really

Nickel: Well it's going to be really nice on Saturday so do you want to meet up at the park and have a picnic

Balloon: Yea that would work

Nickel: Ok could 12:00 work

Balloon: Yea

Nickel: Ok see you then oh and I'll make the picnic

Saturday

I was getting the picnic ready and I finally left my apartment at around 11:45 so i would be right on time

Nickel: Ok perfect

I walked to the park and set up my picnic and I saw Balloon sitting on a bench across the sidewalk so I walked over to him

Nickel: Hey

Balloon: How are you

Nickel: Good

Balloon: That's nice

Nickel: The picnic is over here

I led him over there and we sat down

Balloon: This is nice

Balloon: This is kinda awkward

We finished eating and went to the stream and looked at the water

Nickel: Hey watch this

I picked up a rock that was flat and chucked that across the water and it did 3 skips

Balloon: I can do better

He picked up a rock and his did 5 skips

Nickel: I can't beat that haha

Balloon: Hahaha

We kept talking for a hour until we both had to leave

Balloon: It was nice meeting you in person

Nickel: Same

We went out separate ways and I got back to my apartment

Baseball: So how did it go

Nickel: Really well actually

Baseball: So are you going to keep seeing him

Nickel: I hope so

Baseball: Well I got something for you

Baseball pulled out a bottle of wine and poured some for himself and me

Baseball: A toast to my best friends first date

Nickel: Yea
