In the Memory of Kaya

After some time they broke their hug on hearing few throat clearing voices coming from the reception of their office. They looked in that direction only to see the happy faces of Richa, Sunny, Baby, Khalid, Anita, Armaan along with some other staff. All of them were so happy to see Kabir and Ananya together. Kabir and Ananya smiled at all of them and nodded their heads in yes in order to give assurance that they are back once again. They all went towards Kabir and Ananya.

Anita : (Placing one hand on Kabirs cheek and other on Ananyas) I am really very happy to see both of you together once again. Tum dono ke rishte ko phir kisi ki nazar na lage.

Kabir and Ananya smiled on seeing their maa happy for them and bent to take her blessings but she stopped them and hugged them at the same time.

Armaan : (On seeing three of them hugging each other) Waah, kya reunion hai.. Maa aapko apka daamad mil gaya toh bete ko bhi bhul gayi aap. Yeh kya jaadu kr diya jiju aapne meri maa pe.. muze apne hi ghar me paraya kr diya 🙊. (Armaan said sarcastically.)

Anita : (Breaking the hug and laughing at his antics) Achha bachchu (she held his ear in her hand and pulled it making Armaan wince in pain)

Armaan : Ahh.. maa yeh kya kr rahi hai aap aaaa.. Jiju bachao 😢.

Anita left his ears and everyone started laughing at the mother-son duo 😂.

Richa went to Ananya and hugged her. Breaking the hug she asked Kabir

Richa : Toh Kabir Sir ☺ Shaadi ki date kya decide ki hai aapne?? (Teasing Ananya by eyes 😂.)

Kabir : Shaadi..?? Kiski shaadi ??

Armaan : (patting his hand on his forehead.) Ohfo jiju Aapki aur di ki shaadi. Aur kiske shaadi ke baare me puchhengi Richa di aapko?

Kabir : Ohh achhaa Lekin jaha tak muze pata hai Mr. Junior Kashyap😉 (Looking towards Ananya.) Shaadi karne se pehle engagement bhi toh karni padti hai.. Haina ?

Listening this Ananya looked down with guilt and held Kabirs hand in her hand. Memories of how she broke their engagement started flashing in front of her mind and she again felt guilty. Kabir sensed what must be going on in her mind and immediately turned to her and kissed her hand which was entwined with his. A lone tear escaped from Ananyas hazel eyes which was wiped out by Kabir in no time. He looked at her and nodded in no in order to tell her not to remember those things.

Kabir : (smiling, looking at her.) Arey I want you to make mine officially once again. (Taking out her engagement ring from his pocket and holding it in front of her.) Should I do it maam☺?

Ananya : (Smiled at him and nodded in yes.) Aap already puri tayyari ke saath hi ghumte hai kya? 😂

Kabir : (chuckling) Muze pura yakin tha Ananya ki hum phirse ek ho jayange. Yeh ring mai usi moment ke liye hamesha apne saath rakhta tha

Kabir went on knees and asked for Ananyas hand. Ananya extended her left hand and Kabir took it in his hand to make her wear the ring but he stopped suddenly thinking something. Everyone were confused seeing Kabirs reaction including Ananya.

Kabir : Hmm Before you accept my proposal I want to clear some things.

Ananya : (with amusement) What things ??

Kabir stood up on his place still holding Ananyas hand in his hand.

Kabir : Yahi ki shaadi se pehle meri kuch sharte hai jo tumhe manni padegi tabhi I am ready for the marriage.

Ananya : Muze aapki saari sharte manjur hai Kabir I just cant live away from you now. Please dont waste time in all this (She said this with all her love and everyone present there could sense her immense love for Kabir.)
