Liam and Kyle being drunk as fuck made everything one hundred and one times more sexual than it should've been. We were just trying to have a nice, calm time having a sleepover, as far as that went, and Liam and Kyle over here were begging Micheal every ten seconds to let them in a room alone together. "No," Micheal responded for the millionth time without taking his eyes off his video game, spamming the 'X' on his controller to get his character to perform the signature move, "Absolutely not. Anybody could figure out what you guys are going to do."
"But Micheal," Kyle whined as Micheal literally ignored him, "Liam and I can be, like, super quiet. I swear. Right, Liam?"
"Yeah!" Liam chimed in, nodding quickly as Micheal just tuned them out.
"You say that now." Micheal said calmly, still spamming random buttons on his controller, "Then next thing you know, the poor kids have to listen in on something they're way too young to hear."
"I feel bad for Dahlia and Dominic." I heard Ellie mutter as she scrolled on her phone.
"No, it's fine." Dahlia said casually, waving her hand, "While our parents were alive, they did this kind of stuff every night." We just stared at her in silence as she continued playing her board game with Dominic. She glanced at Liam and Kyle, saying, "You know what, you two just do whatever."
"Dahlia, stop encouraging them. Just stop." Micheal said as he very obviously tried not to laugh.
"You know what?" I started in a fake enthusiastic voice, putting my hands on Liam and Kyle's shoulders, "There's a really beautiful thing called staying sober. You guys should try it!"
"Staying sober is boring." Dominic confided as he crossed his arms.
Dahlia looked up from the board game to stare at Dominic as she said, "Dude, you've never not been sober."
"Exactly!" Dominic cried, throwing his hands up, "My life is fucking boring!" He looked at Liam and Kyle and said in the most melancholic voice ever, "I want what they're smoking."
Dahlia quickly hid a laugh in a cough as Ellie and Sophie stared at Dominic for a moment. "I'm sorry," Dahlia apologized for Dominic with a smile, "he snorted way too much sugar this morning. He likes pretending it's cocaine."
Micheal pointed to Dahlia and Dominic as he said, "You two are my new favorite people."
Dahlia smiled proudly and sat up a bit as Dominic grinned. "We better be." Dahlia said as she smiled smugly.
"Alright," Micheal started, smashing buttons on his controller, "anyone want to join me in this ga- oh my god." He cut off as he stared at Kyle and Liam, who had moved on to making out on the couch. Again. Micheal stared for a moment before heaving a sigh and turning back to his video game. "PDA." he muttered.
Dahlia smirked and whispered, "They're kissing in that 'I hate that I love you' kinda way. It's cute."
"I'm going to kiss a boy one day." Dominic promised wistfully to nobody in particular.
After a few minutes of Kyle and Liam making out on the couch, I decided to drag Dahlia and Dominic out of the room so that they could play their board game in peace. Ellie decided to go with me. I guess it was because that was a little too much for her innocent mind to handle. Besides, she was only interested in watching those two fight, not anything else.
So there we were, the four of us in a separate room, trying to figure out what to do. Micheal had refused to leave Kyle and Liam alone, and Sophie found it entertaining to watch. Dahlia and Dominic were silently playing their board game, and Ellie was examining her phone, scrolling through some videos of teacup pomeranians.
